Amazing service and staff was so accommodating, laundry services are available upon request and super fast turnaround. Not many rooms and very homey. Mango sticky rice is amazing and fresh. Loved the tea room and bed was softer then most in Thailand Not the strongest WiFi available

Room is very clean and located in good area. Only 5 mins walk to morning market. And 7 mins to Saturday evening market. The hotel has own parking spot. Quite at night. The has a mango sticky rice for breakfast as well. Recommended!

Great location. Very clean and the staff was very helpful during business hours. Served a nice continental breakfast as an unadvertised surprise. Also onsite parking for our rental car.

Nice new comfortable and quiet hotel in Chiang Mai. The boats don't speak English well but they make an effort to help however they can. You get water and cleaning every day. There's free tea coffee snacks and fruit in the reception area

Great little hotel, spacious and very clean room, ac works perfectly, the bed is very comfortable, the staff is very nice and helpful, awesome central location but very quiet inside the hotel. Perfect stay in Chiang Mai ❤️

I love staying here. The staff aka the ladies here are very nice, and generous. They are like family and treated us like family too. One day my partner was too tired so he slept over lunchtime. The lady here knew it from me and she was worried that he skipped lunch and bring something to our room for us to eat. I was touched. And I love everything here. It’s peaceful, the facilities is brand new, free snack, lovely and thoughtful ladies, etc. It was hard to find the hotel on google maps or grab map but I could locate in by the Joint Dispensary thanks to a review.
