Location was near great restaurants, the north part of the old quarter and the airport. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! Nothing

Beautiful design ,good value ,comfortable The towel is seem very old ..the color is dark not white and rough feeling …the hotel should consider change and renew set of towel .

Breakfast was good. Hard to answer that. I always want more English movie choices.

Room not made up

It would have been nice if there was a bar to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel has a very large restaurant which only opens for breakfast and the beds were extremely firm, which may suit some people. The facilities in the room were amazing, and the staff were very helpful.

We knew the location wasnt right in the centre when we booked as wanted quiet but they put on a shuttle most days to night market and you made own way back which only cost an average of 100bht. Breakfast basic but good Stayed.for.6 nights and on two occasions room was not made up!!, upon.mentioning it to reception they did offer to send housekeeping up but it wasnt convenient for us so just asked for clean towels & coffee etc, just disappointed that it happened twice

Breakfast was just OK as far as choices go
-
Breakfast, pool, gym and location I wanted to stay longer

On a dead end quiet street, small hotel feel. Lobby looks nice. Noise travels through air vents and comes to our room at night, you can also hear chairs being dragged across the floor upstairs, fridge makes big noise, bed is very hard, breakfast has very few choices, restaurant staff not as friendly as front desk staff, speak very little English.

The location was a little hidden, but we liked that as it was quite and it was within walking distance to the street food and mall, Facility is a little bit outdated and you needed to books everything a day in advance, like the shuttle to the airport,

Great customer service, clean room, good shower. Bed was on the firm side. Common in Thailand.
