It was my birthday during my stay, and they truly made my day so special with thoughtful surprises. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and attention. Thank you for such a memorable experience ,I would absolutely love to come back! The resort is a bit far from town, but still manageable. The spa could also be improved, but overall everything was good.

The stuff was amazing I arrived early morning they did speed work to give me the room after one hour They were kind and all recommendations were supper! Oil and Aud are super nice Rooms big Homy atmosphere

This place is so beautiful and serene that it almost feels like fairytale. The staff, food, and amenities are top notch and the kindness of the people there is wonderful. We had an early morning tour scheduled one day and they had our breakfast prepared and waiting when we came down from our room so we could eat without worry about rushing.

Beautiful architecture, great food, and wonderful staff. Not very clear how to operate bathroom tub faucet. No instructions at all on how to operate the Krups coffee machine.

Liked the small private boutique feel and excellent staff service!!! Spa services were also nice!!! Welcome service was wonderful! Fixing us to go breakfast/lunch for day trips was very nice, helpful and wonderful extra service! Shuttle service to airport was great! Without this service, would have been a little anxious and frustrating to coordinate travel. Our room was very damp and humid and hard to get cool. Everything felt damp and seating was just not comfortable or really that conducive to eating in the room even though we did order room service a few times due to being out in all-day tours. Rug in sitting area was little smelly but probably due to all the humidity in the room. No AC in the upstairs computer/reading room was very disappointing and just didn’t want to use it or stay very long due to lack of cooling. Would have been better to have some indoor/AC seating for meals with right-size seating. The shoe locker concept was understandable but a little clunky and inconvenient- understand trying to keep common areas cleaner especially with all of the rain. Resort a little out if the way but manageable if plan ahead with car services.

Great hospitality and very caring staff team. Special thanks to New who managed everything for us. He is superb! The place is quiet and the suite room comfortable. Breakfast is sumptuous and freshly made. The Thai dishes served for lunch/dinner are good. The hotel also provides complimentary airport transfer. The location is a bit far from the centre, but it's not a problem as Grab is easy to use.

Gym is very small (not sure why there is a video of an outdoor gym with astroturf that comes up when you search this property..), so you'll likely want to go off-property if you want a full workout. No hot tub or heated pool, but you can use the tub in the room. :)

The property was situated just outside the main town and was away from the city din. Very peaceful. It was perfect.

The hotel is really nice, room was spacious and had everything you’d need! The staff is suuuper helpful and friendly! The room was good, but to be honest - a lil bit worn out here and there. Also you might keep in mind while choosing this hotel that pool and main areas all shadowed and therefore quite cold (at least in January). That was quite a disappointment for us as pool and just chilling in the hotel was one of the main reasons for a choice instead of city centre hotels.

the location was a lovely quiet neighbourhood The pool is in complete shade, the place lack vibe, it's a bit tired all round. Lots of awards on display in reception all from 2014-2017

The staff were fantastic, friendly, very helpful in helping with booking trips and advice where to go, restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel - it is small and the service is great. The breakfast was also amazing. It was a bit far out of the main market / restaurant area but there is a new area closer to the hotel that is quite up and coming. The pool was not really in the sun and I like to be able to sunbathe.

Liked the a la carte menu. Some more variety in the fruits from day to day would have been welcome. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It'sa small resort so facilities are limited. I.e. massage was by appointment and the hotel could have benefitted from more staff. I.e. a couple of staff were reception, bar, restaurant. No big issue but we did end up looking for staff to order buggy to drive us to where grab can pickup. The restaurant menu was also quite limited and not particularly exciting. Overall it's a lovely place and we had a wonderful time but it doesn't quite warrant top score.

Excellent breakfast and amazing staff. Pool wasn’t heated so it was too cold for swimming and the pool filter pump was really noisy so we didn’t use the pool area at all. Hotel is a ways away from pick up locations for tours so we had to taxi to the location.
