Location Soap

Location was close to where I needed to be and near the local market, and 7-11 etc. The one thing I liked about my room was the hot water and good water pressure. Staff were friendly and looked after my bags for the whole day after checking out. Very run down, the pool looked gross- hardly any water left just leaves and dirt. Room was very dark, old and outdated. Tiles looked dirty, towel was not absorbent, just a weird brown cloth. Spare bedding in the closet felt musty. Room was very cold even in the daytime.

The road to our accommodation is so slippery it's dangerous if you have a child. I think the staff needs to clean it for the safety of the guest.but all in all its good and convenient to stay .

Charming place with lovely staff.

Location Price Two bottles of water per day for 2 persons is pretty limited
-
Really nice old-style Thai room. Nice bathtub. None.
-
Location and Price Not change towels everyday Water bottles are not enough for 2 days

Second because there is some noise from airplanes overhead. And my bed was hard. But for the price it is still a good deal. There are so many places to eat nearby. Also a laundry and 7/11. The courtyard is so beautiful and peaceful at the hotel. The airport noise. My bed was hard.

close to airport, which means a bit noisy when plane passes…
-
Nice rooms, quiet oasis No restaurant
-
There are a huge array of places to eat and shop nearby in walking distance which I love. There is some noise from the planes taking off and landing.

The resort has a very nice atmosphere, in a garden with two small swimming pools. I stayed at this resort many times before Covid. It was looking a little tired, in need of some renovation. One of the swimming pools was out of operation. “Plastic” (acrylic, nylon or similar) towels are not appropriate for a hotel.

Beautiful oasis in Chiang Mai

Location is great and lots of greens plants and trees around. Noise from the airplane but not that much bothered as I knew about it before coming.

Staff! Best after 50 years traveling. Also the pool was tepid, just cooler then air. My three rooms were spacious for a bunglow. It was clean enough for my wife, nuff said. Slippery in the rain, just like my house. I think the need a gardener a day a week.

Amazing pool, spacious room and very nice communal area! The resort offers a peaceful courtyard and pool sheltered by palms and other greenery, a very nice change from the bustling city of Chiang Mai. The room had more than enough space, an excellent bathroom and a comfortable bed. It is worth walking towards the MAYA shopping centre as this was nice and lively with many options. The One Nimman mall is also close and very nice to browse. I really wish we had a longer stay to make more use of the facilities and be able to explore around more as we were only there for one night. Quite a walk to get to the shops, albeit through an interesting section of the city.
