Privacy During my stay, I was in room 503. On the last night, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, so I could not rest well. I hope this can be checked and improved.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. All the staff are 100% friendly and warm, greeting you every time enter or leave the hotel. The room is clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay here. None.

I spent a very pleasant stay with BED. The staff are friendly, especially the boy at the reception desk, he helped me a lot. The location is hundreds of meter away from the One Nimman, which is quieter and less crowded. Thank you all.

The lovely service and warm smiles from the staff make the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, providing easy access to places like Nimman and Doi Suthep. Most importantly, free drinking water is available 24/7, and there’s an adorable fluffy cat as part of the welcoming team! Toothbrushes are not provided and I feel that the variety and quantity of breakfast have slightly decreased compared to last year when I stayed here.

I like the simple layout of the room. The pillow is very comfortable. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. The staffs are capable and there services is 10/10. If I come to Chiang Mai I will stay at the BED again for sure. If the shower is turned on too strongly, the water might flow into the toilet seat area.

We had the pleasure of staying at Bed Chiang Kian Hotel in Chiang Mai for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the staff, especially Bright( her fantastic costumer service and Ohm(always remember our name ). Their service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, included delightful surprise of local Thai dishes. The homemade desserts were a real treat, and they even shared some with the guests, creating a warm, communal atmosphere. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel surprised us with a stunning bouquet of flowers to celebrate our honeymoon in a room with super and beautiful mountains view a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel special.
