When I arrived to the pier, I did not know how to go to the hotel walking 1 km with the bagagge. They have a service of a bot with a trolley but i was not told about. The check out time (to carry bagagge to the pier) is not flexible and limit your time. They took us in a boat to the pier (making our clothes wet). Even if the location is good (far away from the noise) to get the hotel you need to walk 100 mts through the beach a little bit cahotic the check in process

Breakfast was very disappointing as not a lot of western style food but we are in Asia Pool bar closed , no one to help with bags , no restaurant or bar to relax at

Really beautiful and spacious bedroom, incredible bathroom and really nice pool. The hotel lobby is really beautiful as well. The staff was extremely kind and made a room decoration and a birthday cake for my birthday. A big thank you to the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the baggage handler! We booked a room with pool view but didn't have any. There was no doublebed room available but the staff kindly made a big bed out of two small beds.

Beautiful pool. Helpful staff. Large room. Excellent bathtub. My room did not have a safe. While I believe the staff is trustworthy, I was nervous about leaving valuables in the room. This was a major point. The hotel is kind of far from Nimman (20 minute walk) and the closer restaurants were harder to find.

Spacious room. Good conference facilities. Lent me an iron. Wifi was good. Has a small gym and pool that closes at 9pm. No real coffee with meals. No Aljazeera or even English films on TV. I didn't get one early morning call. Lot of strange additional space in the hotel for no reason. Some good bread for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

The property is a bit old, but the rooms are big and clean. There are always a lot of people as this property caters specifically for conferences and conventions. There are no safes in the room to store valuables.
