WiFi was very fast, cleaned everyday even later in the afternoon. Always accommodating. Contactless checkout. Nice pool, well kept. Hot water!! :) Spa tub was very pleasant. . Beds are lightweight and scoot around easily - so it’s easy to make a lot of noise. Probably the best location in old town for a hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and it offers fantastic value for money. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the bathtub was clean and perfect — which is always one of my top priorities when booking a room. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to stay here again on future visits to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful hotel in a great location.

The rooms were dated. The air conditioner never got cold so there was no relief from the heat.

Beautiful property, well kept and gorgeous woodwork and decor. The room was very spacious and has great amenities. The jacuzzi tub was a plus. And I love the wonderful staff, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is right outside the old city walls. Short walk to many shops, however, you have to cross 2 very busy roads and there is little sidewalk, making it quite challenging to compete with vehicles and motorbikes.

-Everyone was nice and helpful, comfortable and good location -They let me check in from 9:30am for free -The staff were supper helpful and helped me plan my solo travel -Towels smells bad but they changed it right away but it was still smelling bad but not as bad as the first set of towels -No slippers in the room so I had to ask for them, they brought one but it seems like it was used -I arrived at the hotel at 4:30 am and no one is around, I called the emergency number but no one answered so I have to wait till 7:30 am, for 3 hours so I could check in. (Partially my bad as I didn’t inform the hotel in advance and I informed them the day before late at night)

Spacious and clean. Quiet area of town Laundromat right across the street with delicious French bakery next door while waiting for your clothes to dry. Very helpful staff. There is a bar next door that was a tiny bit loud on weekend nights. Not too bad though.

I love the jacuzzi in the bathroom. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived at midnight so we need to take the stairs to the 3rd floor carrying our big and heavy luggages along. Nobody was in the front desk to assist us.

Very professional, helpful staff, comfortable room with a jacuzzi, excellent location on the corner of the old city. All Modern conveniences with antique furnishings. Great place to spend nights in the amazing city of Chiang Mai. No breakfast but plenty of options nearby.
