A nice room with very friendly staff (as well as other guests) close to the old city of Chiang Mai. The outdoor terrace is a convenient place to hang out while relaxing or awaiting rides for excursions. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops, plus a basic breakfast. My stay was quiet, clean, safe and a great value.

The location is good. Bed was comfy, though stains on the sheets. The outdoor seating was nice except for the rats running around. Lots of mosquitoes due to the little frog ponds all around the property which are pretty during the day. We don’t need much and are not ones to complain. However, we checked out days early due to the horrific amount of black mold in our bathroom and bedroom. The entire walls were covered in huge mold spots, wallpaper and ceiling were pealing and the furniture was bubbling due to trapped moisture. Something was crawling around in our room at night. Honestly, this place is unsafe to sleep in and shouldn’t be operating with the amount of mold in the rooms. Despite our negative experience they did refund us for our remaining nights of booking.

Great atmosphere. Like being in a hostel with a private room. Good balance. Facilities could be better.

They don't have lift.so we carried our bags up stairs by ourselves.And there was no male staff to help with that.

Good budget sleep, clean room with good wifi and aircon. A short walk to the phae gate. The sitting area in front of the hotel is great when weather is nice.

Had a lovely stay here twice. The room with double bed was large and cozy. The location is close to the center, there’s good AC, and hot water. Also appreciated being able to use the kettle in the lobby for tea or coffee
