Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Walkable through Old City and night markets, the pool area was great, the room was clean, comfy, and spacious. The staff were incredibly attentive. Would stay here again

At the time of the checkout, I missed the small step in the entrance and twisted my ankle. There were two receptionists present at the time, but they did not even bother to ask me if I was okay. I was shocked by their ignorance while seeing my agony!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed for one night before our flight to the islands, and it was exactly what we needed. Nice, clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good location to spend the night at the night market or the old town. We had an early flight and they let us do self check out which was also great. It’s not the most pretty area - the view from the room was to a construction site. The shower and bathroom were a little small - but it was more than enough for the one night.

Very personable and helpful staff. Clean attractive facilities, very close to a beautiful temple complex within walking distance. When we checked out, one of my friends left something behind a value, and they notified us promptly and kept it for us to pick up. Honest diligent people.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was very close to everything within walking distance. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The shower setup was our least favorite thing about the hotel.

It’s a great accommodation. The staff is well trained and goes above and beyond in every respect, to help and please. Truly. The rooms provide detailed facilities to improve your stay. The location is great and close to everything but now that I’ve stayed all over town, I’d prefer to stay inside the walled city in order to avoid crossing the crazy busy outer roads. Next time. All good.

Such nice and helpful staff, they care about your experience and make a genuine effort to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were nice, the air conditioning was great, and it was easy to get around.
