Nice hotel walkable to shopping places in front of Chiang mai university night market and 20 minutes walking to Nimman and Maya shopping mall. Cozy bed nice hot and warm shower with strong water currents.

It's not sound proof room, very noisy and bad for sleep.

Nothing to complain. Just tiny bits on the pillow. They are either too high or too low.

The staff at the hotel were really professional \ efficient and polite, which was really nice. The room was spacious beyond of what i expected. It would benefit from an additional table or cupboard though. Bathroom was 5* really nice. Location is 10\10 near a park where you can run around the lake and 7-11, massage, nice coffee shop and local market all just 2 min walk from the hotel entrance! you can walk from the hotel to the park in about 7 min easy. there was some noise late in the evening \night from many students shouting , and the vibe was a bit too boy Scout for a romantic stay FYI. Motorbike i rented from a renting service they recommended was very very old and made sounds like a long tail boat that is going to die now. but not their fault.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi was a little slow and sometimes we had to use our phone data to be able to use the internet efficiently.

Next to CMU night market, excellent location! Friendly staff. Mini Mart just next to hotel and so nice to receive coupons offered by hotel for redemption at the mart.

The facilities is not value with money that I cost. The building, door, constructions, ect. not meet the quality can tell as hotel, it look like as apartment. The facilities quality not meet Hotel standard.

The location is ok, it's not very far from Nimman and it's a good starting point when you have a scooter and want to explore Suthep It was rather noisy - the first room because of the road, the second one because the window was on the side of lobby where music was playing until around midnight. I also had the bad luck of noisy neighbors and the walls are very thin.

The hotel location is great, the design of the hotel are great, rooms are good and toilet are clean, games at lobby and parking lot. Worth the price. The material of room's door are not good, shower room floor are extremely slippery and dangerous and easily can cause accident. Toilet bowl hardly flush down, have to flush more than 6 times to make sure our poo poo down.
