the swimming pool is here just for the pictures don't expect anything ... you probably still can swim, but it's at the reception, not chill at all

Spacious and clean rooms, a wide desk, nice closets, and generally a pleasant hotel and friendly stuff. The pool is nice for a break from the heat. The internet works only intermittently, and the location frankly is a bit far for equivalent prices, and there's basically nothing around the hotel. Avoid the breakfast.

Minimalist accommodation. Not much water pressure on the 5th floor. Needed to used the waste bucket full of water to get the toilet to flush. Ok for a few days. The place is in the middle of a food vending wholesale ares, at least five blocks from normal areas with cafes and restaurants. The pool was too cold to swim in. Minimalist breakfast was….too minimal, just toast and coffee.

the staff where really nice and help use get a refund with no issue at all but other then that nothing really to like about this place The washroom was left unclean with used things stuck on the walls, the beds felt like box springs and the window was hardly a window making the room dark and scary. We checked in at 2:00pm and checked out at 2:10. They where great about the check out and gave us everything back with no issue as long as we got out of the room asap

Very good value. This is quite a walk to the city center (about 20 minutes to the edge, so roughly 45 min to any point of interest in Chiang Mai). The photos are a bit misleading: the hotel is on the older side. Also, the mattresses were way too hard for us, and we all have backaches the next day.

Just a room dont expect anything more No iron, no food, no one to help in bag carrying, even i asked for a spoon money was requested. I booked a queen bed and a 4 bedroom room was availed.

Whole room smelled like sewage, water coming out of sink was yellow, no safe, room had no natural light

The electric shower was way too high on the wall for a short lady like me. But it works well.

The room was spacious The water was cold in the shower because the heater didn’t work, the bed is uncomfortable and in the bathroom the shower drain was behind the toilet so the area was wet most of the time. The pool was not as it looked in the photos and the WiFi didn’t work (although the reception tried to take care of it and seem to work for five minutes but then it stopped).
