Perfect location for lantern festival IMO. One block away from 7/11. Easy to get out of old city to see other locations. God and I wish I just left more time to chill in the pool! The view is amazing ??! The staff is some of my favorite people I met in Thailand. Ive never wanted to live in a hotel… but I would live here! I dont know if there is anything not to like? The only thing that could be a tiny bit better is shower water temperature (I think this is a cultural shock for me and not a hotel thing) hotest temperature is a really comfy warm just not scaulding hot like I take at home ?

This hotel is stunning. The design fits in well with historic Chiang Mai. The building is brand new and felt great quality. The courtyard with the trees is pretty, and the pool is the best view with the temple across the road. The coffee and breakfast available in the lobby coffee shop is affordable, and the breakfast toasts were amazing! The location is also perfect, on the edge of the square, right near North Gate. The best part was the staff, the owner was always there in the mornings to chat, and everyone else throughout the day and the cleaning staff were all so helpful. Nothing

Beautiful and extremely comfortable hotel with amazing helpful, friendly staff. We felt so looked after and they gave loads of great tips and recommendations. Fantastic location, super close to old town and a great jazz bar with live music every night. Oh, and delicious breakfasts too!

The entire experience at this hotel was wonderful! Amazing staff and beautiful rooms. You can tell the owners take pride in this hotel and keep it top shape. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

exceptionally clean....beds very comfortable as well as bedding. Great location...easy walking to old city ...direct access to walking along the waterway I would recommend providing access to the coffee machine in the lobby before 7:30 for early risers!

Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, delicious breakfast, wonderful and helpful staff, nice location, we loved this place and would highly recommend! We also loved Chiang Mai so much! Close to lots of things including yummy ice cream and a seven eleven! The (I assume) owners went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special and helped when I forgot something in the room way after check out! Everything was perfect!

Location is fantastic. Its a walking distance to one of my favorite restaurant: Baan Landai Fine Thai Cuisine, and music venue: The North Gate Jazz Co-Op. Despite its central location, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The view from the pool is beautiful - You're in the busy part of town yet surprisingly peaceful. Nevermind that the room has no view - it has ample light, bathroom is clean, room is spacious. Despite a see-through bathroom, its well shield with blinds if you're sharing a room. The WC seem to smell a little after flushing, but it resolves after awhile.

Beautiful new property with old world feel and charm. Tar and Prae were extremely friendly and helpful with good suggestions on things to do and making arrangements for tours, spas, etc. all around excellent! Excellent coffee and breakfast at their cafe in the reception area. Location near the North Gate in the old city was perfect and easily accessible to the whole city. Nothing!
