My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Rich Lanna House. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, clean, and quiet, and the pool was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and made our stay even better. We would highly recommend Rich Lanna House to anyone staying in Chiang Mai!

The hotel was perfectly located, easy to get to from anywhere in Chiang Mai, extremely clean, with friendly and attentive staff. Nothing it was a perfect hotel!

Loved the open air feel of the entire place. Noon (one of the staff) was outstanding and I was always happy when she was working. She went above and beyond more than once for us. All friendly staff, quaint rooms, the pool area was lovely. Great location. Smoking was allowed in the open air lobby, but the lobby is small, so if anyone was smoking there, I couldn’t hang around :(. Would like to see it become a smoke free property.

PERFECT location, extremely comfortable bed, room sizes were great. No elevator (not that big of a deal, just tough with luggage)

The old features of this hotel gave it a lot of character. It was in a perfect area to explore old town, while being near the north gate. Loved the pool, great way to relax after a long day out! Wifi was a bit bad at times and the floors were very squeaky.

The location was good. Well connected and not far from the action. The pool was a plus. Launderette and 7-11 next door were a plus.

We had an ant problem despite making sure there was no open food in the room. The rooms are quite tight and the bathroom had a loose close so there wasn't a lot of privacy between the bedroom area and bathroom.

This place is an old school Thai Guesthouse. Very clean lively friendly and helpful staff.

- Close to a big 7/11 and a laundromat - Very spacious with room for everything - Good location as it is close to the city center and things you can do and places to go. - The bed frame was creaking and the mattress was quite hard. - The holder for the soap was chipped, the faucet was very loose and the toilet handle was almost broken. You have to wait quite a while for hot water to come out. The pot was not clean and made me sick after I drank tea using hot water from it.

We loved the location right on old city wall and we enjoyed cooling off in the very pretty pool It’s an older building so plugs and lights switches are not convenient
