Good service. Very close to restaurants, laundry, shops. Good area and very comfy.

Good location within Old City. Staff were kind. The room/facilities were pretty basic. We booked through Booking.com and paid more than even the lobby advertised rate. Everything was fine - not a single thing exceptional and only a few things good. They gave us two crummy bath towels (one with a hole in it) and two hand towels. There were no wash cloths. It is centrally located, but ultimately, the property is in a dingy alley. Again, totally fine if you don’t have high expectations.

I stayed here for one night. The location is great. It's in a quiet pocket of old town but still convenient. Basic and functional. Fine for a short stay. The property looks much newer and fresher in photos than in reality. It’s quite dated, and the pool is so small it’s really more of a decorative water feature. Common areas and rooms both feel a bit worn, and while everything appeared clean on the surface, it didn’t feel deeply cleaned.

The room is clean, beautiful, and spacious. The staff are nice and friendly. Good value for money.

Clean, decent location to many of the temples and cafes. Quiet area with no traffic noise. Cute, well-fed looking cats roaming around at night. 7/11 nearby for late-night snack needs and odds and ends. Fridge in room and microwave and silverwear downstairs for hearing food up. Staff very friendly and down to earth. Late checkout is possible and staff are very accommodating and down their best to please. I got the deluxe king room and it was very spacious for me. The other room I had the first few nights here was a bit small but good for a few nights just to crash in after long days of exploring/activities. Not much to dislike based on value/price. The hot water didn’t get super burning hot the way I prefer, but I was able to get it hot enough to be comfortable. You have to manually switch the machine to the max setting however and that took me a few days to figure out myself.

I liked everything about the stay. The rooms were really good and clean. I particularly appreciate the receptionists which always helped us whenever we need to. Last but not least, the beds were really soft and comfortable.

Can't say enough about this hotel! Staff were so kind, nice, informative. Upon arrival I received recommendations for places to see and eat. I even dropped my bracelet apparently at the front desk, and after I decided to accept the loss when I returned to the hotel, I saw they found it and saved it for me. The location is great in the old city and far enough from loud noises and close enouh to anything you need: 7\11, massages, food, pharmacies. Walking distance from night markets and tepmpples of course. Finaly I was surprised when on the day I asked to not have my room cleaned I found a basket waiting outside the door of my room containing a new roll of toilet papper, a garbage bag and two new bottles of water. This was the best experience for my first days and first time in Thailand. Will definitely come back! Shower pressure wasn't the best, but even so the water was always hot and I was able to adjust it when I wanted a cold shower. Also was hoping to be able to open the window to get some air but was a bit worried since there wasn't a screen and I didn't want bugs to come in :) All in all great experince!

Friendly staff. Centrally located. Large rooms. The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Excellent room with huge windows which let in plenty of light. Minibar had beer, coke and chips for a reasonable price. Location is perfect if you're interested in seeing the sights around Old Town. For example the massive Sunday market is just a couple of minutes walking away. There was an option for coffee and to warm up your food in the lobby as well. Staff was very welcoming. The rooftop has plenty of space to sunbathe and a tub, but the pool itself is downstairs in a place where no-one actually uses it. A similar hotel next door had the pool on the rooftop, which made more sense :)
