Location good, near to temples, shops and restaurants . Pleasant staff Bathroom small , and shower was either hot or cold . The second morning we couldn’t get any hot water at all but they did send the maintenance guy up to our room to fix it .

Very convenient location, far enough off the main tourist street to be quiet, but close enough to be a convenient walk away. The property captures the 'feeling' of the Old Town very nicely. Lots of restaurants close by, easy access for transportation options, and no matter the hour, the area is well travled and safe. Staff are great, very kind, helpful and professional, all of them going out of their way to assist. Pool is nice and clean, grounds are likewise, and rooms pretty much spotless. Bed was comfy, the toilet flushed fine and the aircon worked great. Buffet breakfast was perfectly acceptable. It's an old hotel so the rooms could benefit from an update, but this is a pretty minor thing...those same rooms give the place character and a cool vibe. Some daily variations to the breakfast would be a nice touch, but again, this is a pretty small thing.

We had a great stay here and I would book this hotel again, if I go back to Chiang Mai. We had a late flight out of Chiang Mai and the hotel was good to store our bags and give us access to a common area where we could sit. N/A

It is in an amazing location, most attractions in the old city are in a close walk, breakfast was good and varied , staff was courteous and helpful. Nothing

The room given to me was very clean and organized. Everything i needed during my stay was provided including a hair dryer! The location is also good and very near to Wat Phra Singh and some of the local restos like It's Good Kitchen and Baan Buri.

Big pool close to airport short walk to markets Bathrooms very small and toliet s are cramped , happy hour is not well know and staff seem to do the bare minimum for guests , if you want your sheets changed it’s a cost as well… staff are good but don’t really go extra mile to see if people say need extra

Pros: breakfast @180 baht/pp buffet style with fried & scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, chicken ham, pancakes, toast, rice, hot veggie, hot noodles, hot soup, green salad, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded cabbage, cereal, granola, juices, milk, coffee, tea, yogurt, 2 fresh fruits. Con: not enough hooks for towels. Can stub toe on shower pan because you need to straddle it when on toilet. Pro:Deluxe room is spacious and air con blows over foot of bed not at your head.
