Really recommend this hotel :) Super cute place, good location, modern rooms and great service. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what we got. Pool didn't seem to ever get sun due to location so it was very cold.

Staff and a cozy boutique hotel feel. Nice little grocery store across the street. Walkable to market. Good breakfast. Has a pool! We had a hot water glitch in our room - they were on it fast. Bar service.

The location was excellent - a very short walk out to the main street where there are restaurants, 7-11 store, etc. It was very easy to get a Grab in minutes and a pretty quick commute to the different areas. The hotel has a quaint Lord of the Rings charm to it, character rooms that are decently spacious. Staff were courteous always available for help. Bugs - there were black insects crawling up the wall around the window area. Also, used dishes weren't cleared by housekeeping causing A LOT of bugs to congregate on the dirty plate. Also found (the same?) the black insect crawling across the bed as well. The bathroom needs better ventilation - it had a weird smell to it (like garlic). The towels had a damp/wet/musty smell to them as if they were stored before being completely dried.

It was very cute, the design was lovely and we loved that it was tucked away in a neighborhood. The pool was great and the staff were very understanding. We didn’t like the quality of the air conditioning, so it felt like we could never fully cool down the room. The beds were a little hard . The light switch mapping didn’t make a lot of sense and was inconvenient. We didn’t love the breakfast either.

Breakfast was overpriced and low quality. Up charges for everything (requested an extra blanket and was told it would be an extra charge).

The style is unique, cottage-like, warm and cozy. The staff is very friendly and kind. The location of hotel is in the old city which is nearby shops, restaurants and attractions, very convenient. Maybe the parking availability is not an ideal for traveler with car rental as the street was narrow and the hotel has limited parking area however you can call the hotel to ask about the parking availability. But if you travel with local transportation, taxi or Grab, it is not a problem at all.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Dao. Location was great for us - close to Khao San Road and temples. Beautiful property. We were looking forward to having most of our meals at the hotel but after having our fiesta meal there we decided to eat there again. The rooms also had a very moldy smell that did not go away during our stay, even with the air purifying machine.

I didn't really like the room sizes and the fact that my room particularly had a very bad smell but I told the staffs they took immediate action to resolved the issue. The room smelled a lot better than when I first walked in.

Location is excellent for visiting the Sunday night markets and the temples. 7-11 nearby is useful for daily needs. Staff is extremely helpful.

We love this place, would stay here again, really convenience (7 11 around the corner) Central to everything, being in the old city, however very quite, off the main roads. The villa was spacious, ideal for family, had a pool, great to chill anytime of the day. The whole family liked this place. There is nothing that I can think of

The Vacation Villa was a great place for our family of 4. It was clean and spacious and well supplied We would have appreciated more kleenex and rags/paper towels in the kitchen

Everything! Loved the pool, loved the location, the room, the bed! It was just around the corner from temples, restaurants, markets. We enjoyed walking to our destinations, we may have gotten a tuktuk just for the fun of it one time. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Very cute just as pictured. Great location. Rooms could be bigger and breakfast more variety and not a chosen menu. Buffet is easier with kids. But overall a lovely stay
