The location was perfect on the southern end of the Niemann area of Chiang Mai. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility communicated clearly in advance and they were ready for my arrival when I got there as a result. It is at the boutique level of places, but there were several things that were not ready and had to be prepared once I arrived. For example, the in room safe had no batteries because they felt people did not use the safes.

The rooms were very nice… the bed was super comfortable, the staff was nice. The location was awesome, you can walk everywhere Breakfast was very lousy… I didn’t use the pool

The beds were super comfortable!! I’ve noticed in Asia the bed are usually too firm for me, but at Norn it was excellent! Free coffee and water all day!! Rooms are modern. Great location! Good price! Internet was good! Breakfast was not good for my taste. A bit noise if you’re staying by the pool. But the upstairs rooms were bigger and better. Shower was a bit hard to get it hot water.

This was a very frustrating experience, and I hope the management seriously improves their cleaning standards. I would not recommend this place until significant changes are made. The location and staffs were nice.

While the breakfast provided was tasty, there were limited vegan options. There were a bit more vegetarian options, but it was hard to determine / ask about the ingredients used.
