We really enjoyed our stay here. The stuff is super friendly and very helpful. Simple and tasty breakfast, but keep in mind that you have to request it to a certain time every day. The room was quite spacious and clean. There are many cool cafes and restaurants in this are as well as car and scooter rental places. They even made for us some sweet presents for Halloween. Thank you! Can definitely recommend this place.

This hotel offers a unique and intimate experience (with just 4 rooms overall in the hotel but amazing in quality). The room had very practical facilities - a desk, USB charging ports, a smart tv, and a very spacious bathroom. The bed was also of very high quality and provided good sleep. There is a shared breakfast area and living space on the second and third floor which you can request to use. There is also a free stash of water that you can take when needed. The hotel also has a great location to get around Nimman and also to call a GRAB when needed. It is also close to a big laundromat one street away which was very convenient. These were just small things, but the shower drain is slightly clogged and the hot water tap could be warmer.

It is white color room and bright . Just fell like at home. Noisy and noisy … this is a 4 room private property . My room is 2nd floor. And noises from 1. Downstairs ground floor is restaurant , people talking, shouting, cars driving by…. All kinds of voice and sound 2. every night the stepping ground sound, and chairs moving from 3rd floor got me crazy . If there is a carpet would be much better to prevent 3. Airplane fly by .. location sound proof is bad, everyday you hear airplanes fly above many times..

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and our room was spotless. Our breakfasts in bed were both delicious and delightful! What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service at the reception, especially from Ms. Saw. She went above and beyond to book restaurants, arrange events, and ensure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. This hotel truly deserves the highest recognition.

The location is amazing, best restaurants, stores and coffee shops!! The hotel and room were beautiful the staff are so nice, friendly and welcoming, every request was answered!! Hope to return

The room was clean, quite and comfortable! The staff members were lovely and helpful and the location is perfect. Close enough to the action but none of the noise. Loved the skylight in the bathroom. When we checked out they took polaroid pics of us and gave us as souvenirs, which was a small sweet and thoughtful gesture ❤️ The entrance is shared with the back of a restaurant which was a bit smelly (no smell came in though). No elevator.

Rooms aren’t bad, but slightly old fashioned. bathroom has wooden window into bedroom which is unnecessary. Would have loved softer pillows.

We had an excellent stay at Zivi. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay feel like home. The room was very clean and well maintained. Amenities provided in the room were excellent including coffee machine (in dining area) with many capsules to choose from. The room and bathroom were more spacious than typical in Chiangmai and just perfect for us (we were 3 people with added extra bed). Location is perfect if you want to explore Nimman area which has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all day round. If you drive, you may have to find available street parking nearby. There may be some noise at night as the place is right by the street. The wifi can be spotty but not an issue for us.

No elevator and it was hot in the community areas.

The hotel and the location is perfect in Nimman, but what beyond our expectation is the heart welcoming lady. She is genuinely helpful and her service mind is absolutely above the bar. We have enjoyed our stay here and will probably be back soon.
