No phone in the room.

The staff were friendly and always with a smile. They were were very helpful. The wheels on my luggage had been damaged by the airlines and the staff rang around to look for a place to repair it. They also got me the Grab and explained to the driver where the repair shop was. I'm very grateful for this because very few Thai speak english.

Excellent location. The garden was beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean.

It was on a quiet part of town but close to everything. The front garden was also really nice.

The entry of the hotel is beautiful and staff is very friendly and nice. The location is excellent. Bedroom is clean and bed was comfortable enough. Food is not the greatest. Breakfast is limited with only a few pre made dishes to choose from. Shower water is not super hot which is fine if you are there at the hottest days. Just be aware!

The hotel was an oasis in the city. The room was large and comfortable. The garden area is beautiful and pleasant, and the staff throughout the hotel were attentive, kind and helpful. The made to order breakfast was excellent with several choices available. The location of the hotel can’t be beat with short walks to the Sunday Market and Tha Phae Gate, and some wonderful alleys in the northwest corner of town. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay inside the old town.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location for walking to attractions, very clean with comfortable beds Breakfast size portions a little sparse-smallest french toast I have had in my life, but the yogurt option tasted good and they were able to make a to-go breakfast for us on our travel day

Good breakfast and super good dinner

I absolutely loved staying here- I even extended for a week! It is a gorgeous property right in a lovely area of Chiang Mai- I felt super safe and really enjoyed it and they had an amazing breakfast for me every morning and a lovely courtyard- would absolutely stay here again if I came back! Nothing

Exceptional stay – we came back for a reason! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and very quiet – perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bed was especially comfortable. The location is excellent, with coffee shops, massage places, and other useful amenities just a short walk away. We were so pleased the first time that we decided to return, and it was just as great as we remembered. They even welcomed us back with a complimentary drink, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely stay here again! All great!

Gorgeous facilities - the design feels luxurious. Beautifully curated garden/outdoor bar, high-end restaurant built over a koi pond, plants everywhere. The included breakfast is really good. Location is in Old Town, walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and night markets Depending on which staff is at the desk, they are more or less skilled at helping with activity planning. But there are plenty of brochures to help you plan independently as well

Everything, the service was AMAZING, especially Kelly who I had the most interactions with, everyone was very attentive and nice, the rooms were perfect 10s, good size, very clean and new everything, bathroom and shower very spacious. I didn’t like that I needed to go.

Nice hotel in the center of town but quiet. Breakfast was fine.

I hope they fix the shower , have a difficult of adjusting the hot and cold shower.

The ac could have been colder

We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is very well located for everywhere we wanted to go to in Chiang Mai, yet is in a quiet street. Garden was beautiful and peaceful and staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Just be aware that there’s no lift which can be a bit difficult with luggage, but otherwise no issues!

Not sure what they used on the sheets but smelled like perfumed bug spray. Gave me a massive allergy attack.

Good size room, comfortable bed, that good for couple day stays. Location is a plus. Situates in an old town Chiang Mai. there are restaurants, coffee shops, massage shops, convenient stores, etc. in the vicinity of the hotel. When stepping into the hotel from the hustle buzzle of the street in CM, it just like we enter another world with lots of trees, shrubs, and flower. It's so peaceful. Breakfast could have been better. Guests can only choose between two sets of breakfast: Western, or Asian. Portion is very small.
