What really made this hotel stand out was the outstanding service. During my stay, I had to change my reservation dates, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate my request. They managed to change my booking while allowing me to stay in the same room for my entire stay, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend KIRI Hotel and would happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at KIRI Hotel Chiang Mai! Perfectly nestled in the heart of the Old City, this boutique hotel is just a short walk to attractions like Three Kings Monument, Lanna Square Night Market, massage parlors, laundry, tattoo parlors, 7/11, scooter rentals, plenty of restaurants, and lively bars. The staff made our honeymoon extra special with thoughtful decorations that set a romantic tone. Our room has a standalone tub and a balcony overlooking the pool. Bonus: the hotel was a very short walk away from where we booked our cooking class (Asia Scenic Thai Cooking School) such a pleasure surprise! Staff was super welcoming and nice! Absolutely nothing!

amazing front desk staff, made me feel as a family member, paid super attention to every question, etc. on the day I was leaving they even escorted me outside ( to my taxi) in order to say good buy.. never happened before in my long life of traveling nothing

Situated in a quiet area but close to Tha Phae Gate. Nice clean rooms. I stayed there for a five nights and had a very comfortable stay. Everyone at the hotel greeted me with a big smile. None.

The most beautiful and updated boutique hotel, lobby and staff truly made the trip and nice pool area to lounge. Tons of great stuff near by all walking distance Nothing, it’s perfect!

The hotel is located in a central area within the old city, about a 20-minute walk from Chiang Mai's night market. The room was clean, quiet and large. The staff was very nice, you can also borrow an umbrella from the hotel at the reception. The breakfast was a bit expensive compared to Chiang Mai, 250 baht per person, so we didn't take it.

Location is wonderful if you want to stay in the old part of the city. Easy walk to everything. Staff were outstanding. Unfortunately there was construction and the property lane was often blocked off.

Kiri Hotel was very well located within the walled part of the city. It was a quaint boutique type hotel that had good amenities. I felt some of the toiletries were basic or non-existent. For example there was only one small (sliver) of basic bar soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo. Many hotels have moved to refillable dispensers and that would have been nice. Towels were also very basic and you had to ask for more when housekeeping came around.
