When I was on my way to the hotel they canceled my booking due to overbooking

-localisation -staff -Impossible to sleep between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m. due to the noise. -No closet in the room. -The bathroom is not practical: the shower is too close to the toilet. -no elevator

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I wish the hotel had an elevator to help bring luggage up and down. Meals at the hotel need to be made available. A phone at the room is needed to connect to the reception.

Good location, nice entry way Room was small, room safe was not operative, no closet to hang clothing. Wood shelving in bathroom in need of refinishing.

The room wasn’t very clean and the bathroom is strangely designed, with not enough privacy. Also the water flooded our bathroom.

Room was big and excellent Staff were great and very helpful Has a small hotel feel which is nice. Great location walk to everything Swimming pool is small lap pool which is fine to exercise

The location was great, the staff was really nice and sweet. The room had low ventilation and no bathroom door But a curtain which was unpleasant

the staff is very friednly and willing to help. the location is quite well. The most rediculous part is while outside is raining, inside the room is also raining. its obvious there are some bubble on the roof paint, which show there is water mark. we have to move in the midnight 1am, and the alternative room seems not be cleaned for a long time. the room definitely need some maintainance. the owner didn't do anything, it is very disappointed.

Absolutely loved the look and feel of this hotel. Felt so relaxing coming back after a long day and walking down the front path with the pond and the koi! Our room was amazing, so spacious and comfortable, the perfect size for two. With seperate queens it felt amazing to spread out and lounge on.

Great location and lovely staff! The room didn’t get cleaned throughout our stay, it’s smaller than the pictures and there’s no door on the bathroom.

The room just needed a place to put our luggage and a place to put our cloths. Due to the lack of storage, the room was too crowded.

Decoration lighting, location Kind of strange the toilet area does not have a physical barrier with the rest of the room. Just the wooden panel and a blind. Even though the toilet is so high tech that it seems to include an air extractor lool
