"Great stay! The staff was very kind and helpful, everything went smoothly. The room was cool and had everything I needed. The location is absolutely amazing,everything is within easy reach. There are markt and shops just a few steps away. Truly a perfect spot, highly recommended

Loved the outdoor courtyard, complimentary coffee, tea, and water! Location was ideal, Beds were quite hard.

Only spent one night so I didn’t get the chance to take advantage of the location. But there was a night market right there, restaurants, 7-11. The whole room smelled like a toilet. I didn’t have the time to ask if anything else was available, but my pjs smelled like that the next night. Absolutely abhorrent. I had to repeat to myself “it’s just for tonight, just fall asleep as it’ll be over” in bed, it was awful.

It can be a bit noisy at night due to its central location, but earplugs help.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, and the outside common areas were lovely, with lots of amenities that made for a peaceful and lovely experience. The location is also excellent!

I love the location, it's so close to almost everything! The room was also spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! I definitely loved Chiang Mai and will 100% stay here again when I return.

The location is great. It’s waiting the old city, walking distance to almost anywhere, for example the night market. There’s also another market just outside the guesthouse, lovely vibes, and not too loud. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They made an effort to check me in earlier than scheduled ?? The room is basic, so what you pay is what you get.. it’s simple, nothing fancy and not the sparkliest when it comes to cleanliness— no complains though

The location is great! There is a big night market with live shows, 7/11market, and a lot of bars near the hotel. Free cold water, tea amd coffee are always accesible. Also there is an irish pub in the hotel's garden. I really love this place, thank you so much.
