We were given a full refund We had to cancel our reservation after getting to the room. The Aircon unit smelled extremely bad and we couldn't stay in the room. The staff in the beginning did not evey confirm there was a smell. We asked for senior staff and they suggested spraying the room with some sort of perfume, calling a mechanic and changing our room the next day. While they were accommodating and tried to find a solution the smell was unbearable and we had to find another hotel

Excellent central location for exploring the Old Town. Room furnishing and equipment is basic, but sufficient. Spacious room size – we stayed on the ground floor where there were 2 beds – 1 king size bed and one large single bed. 2 beds took out 2/3 of the room ? yet there was sufficient space. Very comfortable beds. There is a sound isolation problem in the room we stayed in – ground floor – i.e., no sound isolation whatsoever. Every single noise was heard. There is a TongBar located some 100 meters from Viya Lodge on the parallel street (Ratvithi Rd) – in the late evening the life music is played in this bar We kept waking up at midnight and could feel a sleep after circa 01:00-02:00 in the morning when the music stopped.

Comfortable beds, nice interior, close to the best and most cozy area in the old town. Unfortunately quite noisy from the people above.

Comfortable room. The location was convenient for walking to the 3 Kings Monument and museums. Staff helpful. Location had many pluses for convenience but also downsides. The noise level both from the « party street » until around midnight but this was sort of to be expected. However the noise from the adjoining rooms was loud. Equally I had problems with my asthma and probably disturbed my neighbours as well. It is impossible for the hotel to gauge how their guests will behave, guests are on holiday. The location will be attractive to party-goers and thus noise is more likely. The hotel staff however were brilliant and did what they could.

Close to every sight, view to temple from the window. Kind staff. Close to Lanna square market which might be good news for someone, but extreme loud music (dj set till 1-2am when we were there) makes sleeping quite hard. It is not the fault of the place but good to kbow if you would like to rest not party. Super nice view thats why we chise the room but the windows were so dirty you could barely see through. Room was a bit dirty and bathroom bit smelly. Top room was pretry hot when not using the aircon.

Just spent one night here but wouldn't hesitate to come back. Great value for a good sized clean room with everything we needed. Had a kettle and a fridge. Perfect. Everything was fine

Location central but on a quiet street. Bed was very comfy. Plenty of space in the room. Staff friendly. No drawers or shelving unit. No possibility to have breakfast at the property.

the hotel is located in a central point of old town. From there you can walk everywhere to the main temples. It also has many restaurants around. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I was also surprise on how quiet it was, even though it is close to a busy street nothing really

I didn't actually stay here, they were renovating so moved us to their sister hotel Spice Garden. The place was beautiful, the room large & comfortable, and the staff fantastic!

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, both the rooms were very clean and up to date. Upon arrival, we received 4 drink tickets for free drinks at the bar down the alley. N/A

For the cost, this is a great little place with comfortable beds and lovely friendly staff, in an excellent location. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
