Thai Akara - Lanna Boutique Hotel

This beautiful boutique hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was great, and we really enjoyed the wonderful breakfast with everything from little French toasts to specialty eggs prepared however you wish. There were also other Thai special dishes, fruit and great coffee! Amazing! The pool was so relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff were all terrific and so helpful. I can’t say enough about our stay! Book it if in the area! Nothing

Comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful in finding us a driver to take us to various points of interest, temples and restaurants.

Amazing staff, very beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and big bed, spacious bathroom and room with plenty of space. I was expecting more options for breakfast. Besides that, everything was amazing.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff.

We enjoyed the exclusivity of this boutique hotel. The room was perfect. We needed 3 beds as I was traveling with friends. Their service was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good! I don’t have anything bad to say about this property.

Absolutely everything!! Staff! Layout! Rooms & amenities! Location! Breakfast! Nada! This is an exceptional 4-star property!

The location was great. Easily accessible to a lot of things, but quiet and out of the way. It was really pretty and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very sweet. The property provides a number of snacks, which was really appreciated but amongst the items were sodas in the fridge which was kept a little too cold so the sodas were partially frozen. When we opened one it exploded everywhere and we used the room towels to help clean it up. The hotel attempted to charge us to replace the towels saying they were unable to be cleaned. That was both odd and unacceptable. The price they asked for the towel was also extremely high

Quiet oasis - large beautiful rooms and fantastic staff. Huge thank you to Anita and Jimmy who went above and beyond assisting us with bookings and questions. Pool area was a little small so could get crowded.

It was secluded and tucked away from street. Very clean and nice looking inside, pools and courtyard is nice vibe. Nothing!

This is tucked away on a side street. When you walk in, it's magical. Very quiet and you feel like you are in an Oasis. The food was great and Monica and her team were so lovely and helpful. Moped rental is right there if needed. Overall the rooms are fabulous, the pool excellent and the location the BEST. Absolutely nothing.

Location was excellent along with the breakfast and cleanliness. All the employees were fabulous except for one (the one who checked us out and seemed to bark orders at other staff members at the front desk). Calm zen-like design of property. small or tiny gym.

The hotel was beautiful, the approach not so great but once there, really stunning. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food and cocktails were exceptional. Missed the morning sunshine but not much they can do about that.

Great location. Tucked away just off the street in a garden oasis! The pool area and lush gardens are just beautiful, creating a real welcoming feel to the hotel. The staff were all lovely and friendly, very welcoming and always helpful. Loved our room tucked around the back with direct pool access- what a lovely spot on the ground floor. Just off the main part of the road- tucked away nicely but really close to be able to wander down the road or hail a taxi.
