The location and the pool The AC didn’t work really good

Lovely hotel, great staff, nice room, bed a little on the hard side (two large signles pushed together to make a 'king'), reasonable gym, good pool, good location about 400 metres from the moat and another 200 to Tha Pe Gate. I would happily go back there. Breakfast was okay but not great - couple of Chinese-type dishes, scrambled and fried eggs, awful 'bacon' (looked like a thin slice of boiled Spam), coffee in the pot was undrinkable - Nescafe was better, which is saying something. Limited fruit options. Pastries were stale.

I have the best time in Chiang Mae this city is located more north not that many tourists compare to Bangkok and Phuket,the food was amazing and the prices very affordable the location of the hotel was prime close to everything walking distance Not that I did not like it but the rooms are a bit smaller

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early one morning for a day tour and the staff made us up a boxed meal to go.

The swimmimg pool and just off the main street, the look of the place, bed comfortable, the restaurant thats part of the hotel was really good, inexpensive and really attentive staff. The breakfast was just about tolerable and im not usually fussy, room a bit dated, shower was shooting out water where it shouldn't have been, lights were too dim in bathroom

The location was excellent! Very walkable to all areas of the city. The breakfast was exceptional as well with a wide variety of food options. Additionally, the hotel so kindly packed us a takeaway breakfast one morning when we had to leave for an excursion before breakfast hours started. We also loved our room and how uniquely it was decorated. It was the perfect experience! The pool was quite chilly, probably because it doesn't get much sunlight.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location of Chiangmai Mai, within walking distance of most things. Very convenient for eating out and bars as well as night food market. Good pool and very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet, and restaurant. Nothing was wrong.

over all the hotel is great super cute ambiance. I really like the style and the pool was cozy and comfortable with plenty of shaded spots to relax. gym needs a bit of work and the breakfast while okay got boring after a couple of days and we went our last two days to near by cafes for more interesting breakfast choices

The hotel accommodation was comfortable and the included breakfast was great. The location made it easy for hotel pickup by the tour operators and easy walking to the main streets.

We loved the location. It is within walking distance of everything, food, shopping, snacks etc. The breakfast was a great combination and plenty to pick from. The pool was great and amenities were perfect. Laundry was so nice to get done for a great price. The room was clean and spacious. We didn’t love the ants everywhere. It’s normal but still, no food even snacks in bags could be in the room as the ants got into bags to get to it. The beds were normal Thai beds, very hard. The bathroom was a bit run down with a few DIY fixes but overall a great trade off for location and everything else.

The breakfast was good, couldn’t of enjoyed bacon strips and some fruit The location was good. I under booked and I needed one more day. But no availability told by the counter staff. Attitude a little abrupt.

Great location, staff is amazing. Rooms are large, and I loved all the little details. Walls are thin. Had a plumbing issue but it was promptly dealt with by the great staff.

Beautiful property, swimming pool. The room looked a little old, but very roomy with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent. I had a very good dinner at the front restaurant The gardens

The location is really great. Easy walk to all the old city attractions, markets and the exceptional Lila massage. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone with both Asian and western offerings. We really enjoyed the craftsmanship and art displayed around the property. We have been in Thailand for a month and have stayed at several properties with the most friendly and welcoming reception at each one. We were surprised by our less than welcoming reception upon arrival. The rooms are adequate but a little "tired." The upcharge for the minibar and snacks seemed picky and unwelcoming when every other place we have stayed provided welcome snacks.
