The location was excellent. Just down the street from Wat Chedi Luang, a 7-11 and on the same street as the Sunday night market in Old City. The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the sit down restaurant inside was excellent. Beds were comfortable, AC and all the amenities including a bidet so I didn’t need the bum gun. I had a balcony overlooking the street where the night market was as well. Would most definitely stay again as the price was great for the above. Only thing they could add would be a pool (difficult in old city due to space) and maybe an in room microwave but early one morning a gentleman let me heat up my leftovers in the kitchen and even gave me a glass bowl and spoon so I didn’t have to heat it in the plastic to go container (as I was going to miss their great breakfast that day).

The location was great for being in the middle of the old city! The breakfast was lack luster and didn't have many options in comparison to many other hotels. There weren't any amenities such as a gym or pool.

The breakfast was good, you could order things. The location was amazing, lots of things to walk to. The staff was great, so helpful and friendly. The market was fun! Every now and then I seemed to get a food smell in my bathroom.

The location in the very center of the old town is perfect but basically you will be walking anyway so could also stay anywhere else in the old town if that's what interests you. We got two connecting double rooms which was convenient for our family. Other than advertised there is no private parking here at least we were not given any. The price should be half. Furniture, doors, etc do not look old but are already quite shabby.

Everything, great location and and the price, the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is my place to stay if I visit Chiang Mai again for sure, will highly recommend. Walkable to most restaurants and temples.
