The space is quaint - nothing crazy but enough little touches to make it feel extremely comfortable. Great location easily walkable to bars, cafes, restaurants in the centre

It is a designed hotel with unique structure. Serve good breakfast and coffee. Host is nice. WiFi signal is not good so I use my own network.

The room is nice, bright and comfortable . They help to clean the room everyday and the cafe provides free drinks for each person when we stay in the hotel. Next time when I come to visit Chiangmai again. I still will choose this hotel.

Immaculate. We’ll cared for and comfortable It would be nice to have a view from the lower room but that’s not possible which is ok. You can relax in the comfortable front meeting area.

The rooms and facilities are beautiful. Jom is an incredible host. I didn't like that I only had one night there

This place is a brand new place. The owner came to greet us and made sure we got everything we needed himself. So thoughtful of preparing umbrellas for guests in the room. The TV has Netflix!!

The hotel was lovely! Great location in the middle of Chiang Mai old city with parking available. The room was modern and clean with plenty of space for our family. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We loved it!

The hotel owner is very friendly and willing to help. The bed is comfortable and the location is very good, near to everywhere in the old city. The breakfast is worth of money and very delicious there. Curtains would be great if they were blackout. A safe in the room would be nice.

I like the atmosphere of the location. It is close to many art and craft shops.

Eleven pillar was located on the middle of Old Town Chiangmai making it easy to get around or hail a TukTuk at any point. It is located close to the start of the Sunday night market but very quiet and you could not hear any of the market noise in the evening. Ideal for putting kids to bed. The property was well run and clean. The couple who run it spoke English exceptionally well and were friendly and knowledgeable without trying to sell you anything. She customized the breakfast to the liking of my children and it was filling and not expensive. The decor made it a welcome rest after a long day of site seeing. With limited rooms it was a intimate and memorable stay. We did not find anything we did not like. However others may not like that there is no pool.
