Excellent location in the heart of old town Very comfortable large rooms sunny and with all what you need Extremely nice staff, helpful and assisting

We stayed 7 nights. Housekeeping services are provided daily and the rooms are very clean. The host is also very helpful ?. Great location to access everywhere.
-
Location is perfect for our stay.Even though we only stay one night, everything was perfect. The receptionist can communicate very well in English. The facilities are great. The room is cozy and the beds are comfy. The rooms are not soundproof. But we were okay since we are mostly outside and when we get back, we are already tired and not able to make noise Lol

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Ask her anything and she will do her best to make things work. Organize your tours at the front desk for convenience and simplicity. Owner will give good objective advice based on local experience.

Comfortable beds :) and a spacious room. If I NEEDED to make an improvement to the property it might be to update the bedding as they had small rips/ worn areas BUT everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and kind.
-
Only bad thing would be the water current in the showers is slow
-
Air conditioner does not function well in some of the rooms. Other rooms are dark. Not clean.
-
It’s accessible to all tourist spots around the old town and the owner is so friendly

Rooms were spacious for our family of four. Beds were comfortable. Fridge and microwave in the room were nice to have. Location was great. Not dirty but some areas needed a deep clean.

The location was perfect for Chiang Mai. Could not ask for a more central location with easy accessibility to the surrounding area!
-
No lift and could be on the 4th floor like us. Bit awkward if you smoke/indulge as just kinda have to hover out front and we felt rude doing so. Only a small bench to perch on.
-
The room was enormous. The location was quiet and central. We had to climb two flights of stairs to reach it. I am 84 years old, so this was slightly challenging. The shower stall was just an extension of the floor with a curtain. This caused some flooding. My wife made a moat with a towel that stopped the whole bathroom floor from flooding.

Decoration is lovely Very spacious No elevator Shower system problem with fluctuating water flow
-
Really wasn't any issues
