Location is excellent especially if you are there for the Sunday night market. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Sara who went above and beyond to help me book some appointments Shower stall is a little small for an average sized adult. Very comfortable stay

Beautiful property! Fantastic location right in the middle of Old Town. There consistently was a tuktuk right outside the hotel which was convenient but it was just as easy to walk to any part of Old Town. Free bike rentals at any time of day was a great amenity since we could go on sunrise bike rides before standard bike shops were open (they also provide bike locks and helmets). Air conditioning was great. Air quality in Chiang Mai was very poor during our stay but I requested an air purifier for our room and it was all set up before we arrived. Excellent and quick communication with staff via booking.com. Breakfast is ok. Some items looked like they were sitting around for a while but you can also order from the menu to get fresh food. But you're in Chiang Mai! You should be eating at the many delicious restaurants and stalls outside the hotel instead :)

Location of breakfast and staff were very attentive and great service overall. Had a variety of options for breakfast, including fresh fruit and juices. No complaints at all. A cute boutique hotel which also had a massage studio on property.

The facilities were exceptionally clean, the beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious. The hotel location was well situated, with temples, plenty of shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were welcoming, courteous, and eager to help. No USA news stations, movies, or access to Netflix to watch at night.

Location is great. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well decorated, good feeling. Over promoting the App. Shouldn't need to join the hotel membership to navigate the App and to better know the facilities. The staff has already explained briefly. Also, we were told if we ask not to clean the room by putting up "Do not disturb" sign, we will get 100 THB for that day. But it was not clear to us that the credit needed to be done through the App and it could not be back claimed. This can be a simpler arrangement. Another annoying thing is that although the Wifi is great, we need to keep logging in with user name and password, every time our devices were off the network temporarily.

The breakfast was quite complete and the selection is good. The drinks and entrees had plenty of choices especially. They could use larger water heaters. A fancy hotel of this level should allow you the luxury of using as much hot water as you want.

Great location, friendly staff The breakfast was disappointing. Very small portions and low choice. The rooms are not well maintained and not enough air vantilation (which causes bacteria)

The hotel is very charming, super clean, nice atmosphere, perfectly located. Overall the room was nice with a balcony and nice view on the temple. But the real difference was made by the wonderful staff who were all so kind and professional. Special thanks to Khun Aun and Khum Bael (sorry if misspelled) who went above and beyond to make my husbands' birthday surprise special. On top of their help with some logistics, they organized a lovely birthday cake for breakfast and got the room decorated for the occasion. It made the birthday very memorable. Thank you! PS: A big bonus, Gluten Free bread available for breakfast. Overall the room was nice but the AC was a little loud at night, the light switch was not accessible when entering the room, only one side of the bed has access to the switch for the whole room. But I wonder if this was not just our room because of its location, different from others as it has windows on both sides of the room. The shower head was not practical. The machines in the Gym were not working. These are feedbacks for improvement but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay and wanting to come back!
