Actual key not keycard, only one key for 2 people, water heater wasn't working correctly and you couldn't turn the heat up or down easily. Once we paid and got there they never responded to questions or help. I messaged, emailed and called for the free airport shuttle no response and every email after check in went unanswered. And it's more of a hostel than a hotel. The beds were hard.

Absolutely worth the price. Excellent location. Everything is walking distance.. be it old city or new areas.. Bang in the middle of the Sunday market. We enjoyed the place thoroughly plus the staff is very helpful. We booked a couple of excursions through them too. The food joint below is good and 7/11 is 2 mins away.. Only deducting one star because there is no elevator in the building. And we were on the 4th floor. So, it got a little tiring to climb all the way up after a day full of sightseeing..

Central location, everything is nearby. The room they gave me wasn't like the one in the photos, it wasn't good value for the price, the bathroom smelled bad and was extremely noisy; you could hear the noise from the other guests.

Room was very spacious. Location was also excellent. There's a 7 eleven nearby. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around.

Great central location! Good budget property for a family. Beds were a little hard, but after a day of exploring we still slept well. Room was definitely on the older side but had some obvious updates.

There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

The staff is also nice and helpfull. There was just a little smell from the bathroom, since this is an old building but we did a quick 7/11 stop for air freshener and it was all ok. ☺️

Great location and accommodating staff. The room aircon we had doesn't swing, we had to put a paper to help it tilt.
