Excellent client service by the hotel staff Muai, Tine made me feel at home, I was traveling alone so with hotel staff never felt a dull moment. Som, Ali went above and beyond in helping me sort daily activities and spots to eat I genuinely feel they deserve an appreciation I would definitely come back again only to meet my favorite staff ?

Great location Nothing to dislike. No communal facilities beyond restaurant and the location meant it is probably overpriced but we had a lovely stay regardless.

I loved this hotel! I travel a lot and this one is in the top bracket. Excellent all the way around. I ate at their restaurant at least once a day. It is also excellent. It was pretty perfect. The wifi was good enough to stream video but in the 10-20 Mb range. Other hotels I've had in the area are > 200 Mb.

Very good location, and the room itself was okay, with a nice walk-in shower. Very bad sound insulation from inside the hotel - I could hear everything happening in the lobby. The hotel was also very pricey for the facilities provided.

The property is clean and lovely. The furnishings are new and comfortable. I enjoyed the aesthetic of the rooms and they came with everything necessary to enjoy a fabulous stay, including slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, and more. It was very charming. The host was exceptional at assisting our group with bookings for taxis and tours.

Overall a great hotel. We stayed 5 nights. Central location, and rooms are clean throughout. Appreciate that free water bottles are provided everyday. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Shower area is experience is great; they use Grohe fittings which provide good water pressure & temperature. Aircon is not too cold or hot. Staff are friendly :) Downsides/ things to note: - the curtains are not blackout curtains - side table on one side is way too small - noise insulation is ok but not the best; but still can get a decent nights sleep :) - laundry service isn’t good; clothes came back damp and we had to air dry further in our room. We ended up getting external laundry services. Recommend LaundryExpress!

Staff was incredibly attentive and polite. The manager was very helpful with advice and arranging tours and transportation. The location is amazing. The surrounding area is very walkable and full of great restaurants and shops, plus very near the weekend markets. The rooms were cute and quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
