Awesome location. Great rooms and atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was unappealing. Would have expected more fruit for example. No elevator. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning to those who might need that service.

Absolutely beautiful property and the staff are incredible. They are very welcoming and took extra good care of me when my travel companion ended up in the local hospital due to stomach issues. They worked with me to extend our stay and were very gracious.

fantastic staff, good room, great location, good breakfast, beautiful property, great atmosphere. my room was next to the maintenance shed and street. there was some noise to content with. minor problem

The location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city The shower was leaking into the rest of the room, some mold growth and the shower head did not want to stay in place

Clean and friendly

Rooms/building were very spacious, clean and well organized. Staff was helpful as much as they could be (see below what we didn’t enjoy) but were very friendly and helped us arrange for transportation and such. In general it was a very solid, comfy stay What didn’t work was there was virtually no internet available over the 4 days we stayed there. Now that may not sound like much but when we had business, trip planning, family to contact and such it was an extreme inconvenience to start something and the internet would cut out and/or was too week to connect. We frequently would have to pack up iPads/phone and walk down to the neighborhood restaurant to get a connection. Very annoying and definitely caused us aggravation. They tried giving us the option of switching room and an IT guy came put wasn’t successful (it seems he was flustered as well). Overall the facilities and staff were great BUT the whole stay was frustrating.

Poor sound-proofing

The location is perfect for exploring the "old city" and the numerous temples. There are plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. The pool was superb although there aren't a lot of lounge chairs so get yours early! Breakfast (included in our rate) was really good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort itself has a quaintness about it, with monogrammed china and dark wood paneling in the rooms. I can't think of anything that we found unsatisfactory. They even have parking (although we didn't need it!).

Location is right in downtown CM

A peaceful small hotel right in the centre. Rooms were huge and clean, with beautiful balconies overlooking gardens and the pool. Loved the quiet oasis vibe. Quality of the Breakfast options weren’t great. Lots of Thai options though.

The location down a quiet soi and the design and setting of the property with the gardens and layout well thought out. Rooms were large, functional and well designed and balcony space, although tight, was great for being able to be outdoors and get fresh air into the room. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and efficient. Could have been more ecologically friendly; although we liked the room cleaning daily, towels need to be changed but there didn’t seem to be a way to communicate this, also mini toiletries are wasteful and would be better refilling larger containers. Also water could be made available from a central location rather than individual plastic bottles.
