The bathroom is way too small. The wash basin is so small its hard to wash your face. The Hot water in the shower was erratic

Great location central but quiet area.

The design invites you to enjoy the place. It is very clean and staff is nice Confortable room and location is a 10 There is not a real breakfast… couple of things to take from a table (cereal, coffee, bread and tea). There was some fruits in the fridge but it does not invite to take a seat and eat. The bathroom sink could be bigger.

The staff was attentive and so kind. The gym was good, enjoyed the pool. Location was great. Breakfast provided at the neighboring hotel (a short walk) was wonderful, food was offered in afternoon in the common area, which we enjoyed. The pool area was small.

The hotel has an excellent location and outstanding staff service. A highlight was the complimentary fruit service and afternoon tea, which exceeded expectations. The free minibar was also a nice bonus, making the stay even more enjoyable. I found the bathroom disappointing—the sink was too small, which made it inconvenient to use.

The room was bigger than I expected and all the snacks and drinks in the room as well as the lobby were free. The location is very good because you're in the center but in a quiet street which is very good. The breakfast is good. All the staff was very welcoming and nice. The sink in the bathroom is tiny and was difficult even to brush your teeth properly even though it doesn't need to be that small because the bathroom is quite big. For breakfast you need to fill a paper everyday even though on the first day a staff member told us that we didn't need to do it if it was the same, but then they came to our room around 10pm to fill the paper.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of the old city. The breakfast was also good, and I appreciated the complimentary fruits and minibar drinks. A great stay overall! I found the bathroom disappointing—the sink was too small, which made it inconvenient to use.

Liked the location, the decor, the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. The small plunge pool and patio area. The afternoon tea. The free snacks. Chala No 2 is an Annex of Chala No 6, so better to book at No 6 as that is where most of the facilities (including breakfast) are. There were problems with ants in bathroom and the water broke down for 1 day.

Location was good staff were very good First night noicey neighbours that kept us awake all night an another guest phoned security .Internet connection is very bad . Breakfast at near by cafe was just adequate Nothing positive to say about it .would recommend people bot take the breakfast option as better cafes around the corner

It’s clean modern and centrally located with friendly staff. The room and reception have complimentary drinks, snacks and fruit. I’ve stayed here before,but there have been changes. You now have to order breakfast the day before, but you don’t always know what you want until the morning of breakfast. During our stay there were no other residents eating, perhaps a buffet is appropriate.

Everything Bathroom was a little tight

It was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Ms Patty particularly helped me with a free cancellation when the Thai government reinstated the Covid entry requirements. Thank you so much for that! She was the reason why I rebooked Chala No. 2 48 hours later when the government reversed their previous travel restrictions. 1. Stench from the sink (we had to change rooms but it didn’t help very much). It comes and goes but there were 2 nights from 2am that the stench was so strong that we had to close the bathroom door completely and leave the exhaust fan running for 3 whole days. The unfortunate thing? The exhaust and light is the same so it was an unnecessary waste of electricity. But there was no other way. 2. The sink was ridiculously small! One wouldn’t even be able to fit a newborn in it. What made it worse was that the mirror above it had a ledge which meant that using the sink was almost impossible. And there was plenty of room in the bathroom for a bigger sink. 3. The creepy paintings. I had to take down the large format one of a woman with large dark haunting eyes staring down at us from across the bed, and the other in the bathroom. Art is of course very personal but these 2 pieces made us very uncomfortable. 4. No electronic safe. The staff gave us portable safes with passwords as there wasn’t a way to set them ourselves. They meant well but it’s easier to steal the entire safe! 5. The receptionists were very friendly but were absolutely clueless about basic questions like clinics for PCR testing prior to flying or restaurant recommendations. They were all trainees and with the exception of Fern, the others had a poor understanding of English. One of the male trainees couldn’t carry a basic conversation except for greeting us in the morning and evening. The poor guy struggled to understand our request for a safe. My mother was an English teacher to 10-12 year olds her entire life. Even she couldn’t get her message through.

Amazing location! Right next to so many shops and massage places. The hotel also has a little grab and go station for drinks and snacks right out front. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and in the sun. The room was clean and comfy! You get so many complimentary snacks and drinks everyday. The pool was dirty and had lots of bird poop in it. The toilet was in an awkward position and your knees hit the shower in our room.

Exceptional

The hotel is clean and contemporary with a boutique feel, in the heart of Chiang Mai,I have stayed here before, that is a recommendation in itself. Could do with safe in rooms for security.

The room was nothing special and pretty small

Wi-Fi was bad. Lucky I had data that I used so I could work from the hotel. Room was lacking mirrors and bathroom sink is tiny and the shower is small if you're relatively tall. I'm 5 10" and I had to duck so my head didn't hit the shower head.
