Staffs are friendly and kind Bed sheets had a bad smell - first night the pillows had a bad smell and bed sheets seem like it didn’t clean ( I’ve told staff, changing the bed sheets and pillows for me) - second night still had a bad smells I’ve told staff again Till I checked out … I have to stay with The bad smell of blanket and bedsheets My room is nearby the roads,,, it’d sound early in the morning when cars bumped on manhole cover on the road

The best beds of my trip. The staff goes way out of their way to help. Did not have this level of front staff help at other hotels in Asia. People write about stairs and no elevator, but that is in nearly all hotels here. Very close to everything. I walked the whole stay. I do not mind walking. Go to Kat's Kitchen very near for dinner. Safe. Clean. Fridge in the room and microwave downstairs.

The front desk staff are very helpful. Help us with the luggage because there is no elevator and we stay at 3rd floor.

We couldn’t ask for a better location- in a prime area of old town walking distance to several restaurants, bars, temples, and night market. The room was also very charming, spacious, had an old town feel but with modern appliances and comfort. I loved watching the sunrises from the balcony. No elevator and steep stairs so getting up to the 4th floor w/all our luggage was a bit challenging.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Chiang Mai! The location was central to everything and allowed us to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains! The only downside was the lack of elevator, however the staff took care of our bags which was so helpful and made it a non-issue.

Very helpfull and professional staff. Good, very clean room Very quiet location Nice balcony No elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor. Got tired when walking up and down a lot. The door to the balcony is stuck. If there was elevator we would have extended our stay

conveniently located in Old Town. very friendly and helpful staff. no elevator. The first night we were on the 4th floor, but the next 3 nights we were on the third floor. the steps had a narrow tread, uneven heights and were steep. Not good for old folks.
