Perfect location for our first 2 days in Chiang Mai. Close to massage, good food and little shops. Breakfast had a bit of everything with a made to order egg experience. They gave us umbrellas to use in the heavier rain. The staff was very accommodating. The pool was a sweet little dipping pool inside the hotel gates. Its own little oasis

My junior suite was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect - no matter which direction we walked, we were close to food, shopping, temples. Grab transportation came very quickly. Staff was terrific. Nothing!

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so so nice and caring. I would 100% book it again on my next stay in Chiang Mai. Don't even want to try something else. Absolutely loved it. Only small thing that was lacking is that the shower took a bit of time to warm up when you turn the water on. Don't know if it's even under their control.

I loved the furniture in the room and the balcony. The pool was also very nice. It was really quiet but in a central position for visiting the old city. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Extremely helpful staff, especially Swan. Large, comfortable room and balcony. Delicious breakfast included in the price. I let them know I am a vegetarian so they made a point of having some options I could eat each morning of our three week stay there. It would have been great to have a screen on the door to our balcony to keep mosquitoes out. Also, the shower head in our room needed to be cleaned or replaced to get good and even water pressure.

We stayed in one of the villa pool suites. Had monkey family visit the pool twice a day. Staff was incredible in service especially since the villas are up top they provide a car that picks you up within minutes. Off the boardwalk so great location as well. Nothing

Beautiful hotel, and a staff that goes above and beyond. Tasty Thai options for breakfast, along with some western staples. Nothing in Old City is more than a 20 minute walk away.

Front reception decor and reception people. Service and housekeeping weren't good. Free breakfast was not acceptable.
