Relatively Quiet. In old central city. Nice staff. Bed comfortable. Close to everything: many restaurants, temples, 7/11, pharmacies Staff unwilling to supply more than one day or two of toilet paper or shower jell . Had to ask to resupply often: annoying since we were booked for 5 days. In room 101: shower water mixer/temp controller very difficult to use: water either scalding or cold. I would stay again. Location is the big plus. Another big plus: fabulous small full breakfast cafe next door: The Lazy Lemon. Deliciously fresh prepared all sorts of egg offerings. Salmon, cream cheese, and avocado a real treat. Excellent cappuccinos! Outstanding value: breakfast for two: ~500THB or $15 US. We ate there every morning;never disappointed. The owner took our orders.

You cannot beat the location! Right near the Sunday Walking Market and you can walk to the Tha Phae Gate. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Most tours will pick you up for free from this location. The room is large and spacious. Staff were friendly and even let me borrow bowl and cutlery as I had dinner delivered one night when I returned late from a tour. They made up my room everyday very quickly if I left the door sign out. The door to my bathroom didn’t close properly which wasn’t an issue as I travelled alone but may have been annoying for anyone travelling with a friend etc. The rooms aren’t very sound proof, as in you can hear people in the hallway quite easily but people were respectful during late hours and I had no issues sleeping at night.

We had very beautiful room on 4th floor with great view. The staff were nice and warm. I was a little bit nervous after reading comments on G maps, but personally we had 0 problems here. This is safe and nice place with good authentic design. And for that location price is 100% good. We had nice room with no humidity, good air-con, clean and nice-looking room with good hot water pressure and in a convenient location. The sheets, towels etc were clean with no stains. They provided some toiletries and water as well. The location is actually perfect! Walkable distance to everything. So, overall experience is great! Actually, as we had heavy luggage, it was a little bit inconvenient to use the stairs without elevator or any assistance. Secondly, the room was super clean, while stairs (and they asked to take off our shoes) were not clean for walking without shoes, they were like regular stairs ?♀️

A lovely, clean property with a nice host. The property was quiet and there were restaurants near by. The shower didn’t get warm, location is slightly far from the main things but this is fine if you don’t mind walking.

A budget hotel with great location Room is quite old and does’t have enough light, its way too dark at night, some light bulb in the room were not working, aircon was old and noisy

Only here for one night before catching a flight in the morning. Lovely room and en suite. Quiet location. Up and alleyway but security cameras in place.
