Large rooms and helpful staff. We only stayed one night and it was great value for money but I wouldn't recommend staying much longer Poor maintenence. There was significant water damage to the parquet in the kitchen Mattresses are rock hard Temperature in shower cannot be adjusted. It wasn't cold but not as hot as I would have liked

The family suite was a great size for us, family of 4. The room was clean and tidy, there is two toilets and two showers. Good sized balcony but it could do with some furniture out there, at least a few seats. There is a washing machine in the room which was handy. The swimming pool is great and there is a modest gym. Two key cards for the room would have been great. The beds are very firm, by our standards.

I stayed at Pleasant Chiangmai for 3 nights and had a great experience! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to markets and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Overall, it was an excellent stay and very good value for money! I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really comfortable and clean place to stay. I unfortunately got ill and they were so helpful with bringing me more water to my room and sorting out another night stay in my room :) Would definitely go back.

Host was going to charge 3% more if payment made by credit card. Found this extremely unusual and never experienced this at any other location I’ve stayed at. We ended up paying by cash for the room for the night. Pool area had an odour. Didn’t use pool though.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The gym is run down and lacking. There are noises carrying through (like other people's showers) making it hard to sleep. Their airport shuttles is actually just them calling a Grab. We came downstairs expecting to meet transport, and they started booking the Grab when they saw us which is risky for timing with international flights.

Close to the airport, 7-eleven close by and a huge shopping center/centers. The room was big and good for families The mattresses were extremely hard, the hardest I have ever slept on except when you sleep on the concrete floor. This is basically the only minus with the hotel and should be was to fix and then it would be an 8+ hotel. Of course it is not ideal to stay there if you want to stay central in Chiang Mai because it gets difficult to get taxi when rush hour but it was ok for us as we where mostly driving outside of the city.

Great location for a two months stay - a short way from the old town and next to the big mall with all services. The neighbourhood is peaceful even though close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!
