First night the ceiling collapsed and water down poured into my room

The staff are friendly and helpful. They had laundry services downstairs which was so convenient. Good location, 5 mins walk from the Central Plaza Airport.

This place is a good choice if you arrive at night or depart early in the morning. Our room was clean, there were enough furniture/surfaces and toiletries. The price we booked it for was super affordable. It was barely possible to charge the phones as all the sockets were too loose, worn and faulty. I had to use a power bank instead. You can’t check in before 2 pm even if you arrive at 1 pm, which isn’t really early. They only let you leave your bags at the reception. In our case, there definitely were available rooms in the afternoon but we still had to wait till 2 pm to get the key. Frustrating :(

the staff were very friendly and helped me out with a lot of things such as laundry and guiding me to places that i needed to go. And they provided me with an assortment of things such as toilet paper and water bottles daily. The location of the hotel was also very advantageous as it was close to the airport and only several minutes away from the city center. Although, during my stay the windows could not completely close, this caused noise from the outside to become very prominent in the room, and unfortunately I had an encounter with 2 massive cockroaches during my stay and I would assume that they came from the unclosed windows as well.

I liked almost everything here. Good location close to Central plaza and airport within walking distance, super good facilities provided on a daily basis, nice comfortable bed, good balcony. You may put some food in the refrigerator. They have teapot which is highly appreciated. Not too hot room which is rare in Asia. It was pretty good even when I didn’t switch on AC. Many thanks! Noise from outside which can considerably impact on your dream.

Decent enough place, close to airport but also within walking distance to the centre. The only issue I have is that when rooms with balconies are offered, the hotel should state that they are non-smoking BEFORE booking rather than realizing when getting to the property (after filtering out all other - perfectly reasonable- hotels)

airport Porridge/Congee is great. And the staff are nice. They let us use their microwave The place is located nearby the highway, so it was noisy. But we didn't care about it.
