The Airport Greenery Hotel

I do wish the airport shuttle was still available when we arrived, but the staff was able to answer questions about alternate transportation services.

hotel is walking distance from Robinson Chiang Mai Airport Mall where the food court serves ALL delicious Thai meals at reasonable prices .. its far from the Old Town where the temples, massage spas, coffee shops and cute stores are located

There were a few warm items available for the breakfast buffet, able to obtain slightly warm shower water, spacious room. Exterior hotel property decor run down, some broken. Lobby looked rundown with worn out furniture, rugs in need of a cleaning, the fabric covering some decor outside the elevators in the lobby and entry to the dining area were frayed and pinned together with safety pins that weren't hidden away, towels were worn and discoloured, staff dress was shabby, bathroom did not look cleaned, only tidied. We had to request replacement towels 3 out of 5 days after the previous day's towels were removed.

This was a very practical stay. Right across the street from the mall. Right next to super heavy traffic, but it's decent for one night stay, having the need to arrive to the airport at 5am.

good location. quick to get around to other parts of chiangmai city by car; its within walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants aircon condenser is extremely loud & noisy and wakes us up when the thermostat comes on. Traffic on the road is also quite noisy, though not as bad as the aircon condenser

Quiet Not make the room everyday, fire exit stare fill with junk cannot go thru that exit if need. Too small elevator, no reception at the front desk

Close to airport The advertisement said there was an indoor pool at this location. No pool at all! Just lies on the Booking.com page! There was a kettle and cups provided, but they don't provide satchets of tea or coffee, milk or sugar! First hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life that does not provide tea or at least coffee!!!! We asked them for some when we discovered none provided in the room, but they said they do not provide this. I had a terrible headache at the time and was desperate for a cup of tea. I am so disgusted! Why is this hotel so money hungry that they can't afford to provide a tea bag!!! Very noisy location!

Location was good and having airport shuttle is very convenient Bathroom was not cleaned, very dirty. Air conditioner super old. No coffee Breakfast not good

Close to Airport. Friendly staff. I would have given a great review, but the beds are not comfortable at all. Feels like sleeping on the floor. We could barely sleep during our stay ,also due to the location next to noisy traffic, and single glazing for windows did not help :( Brekfest is not great. You are probably better off eating somewhere else.
