Very nice, quiet and clean hotel in the middle of nowhere The bed is very hard Far away from everything, difficult to get a taxi

No elevator; window in room but no sunlight available

the bed has a nice aesthetic when i arrived around 11pm, in which i notified the property that i would be arriving late, i had to try multiple doors, only to realize all were locked. I then called the property and had to wait for someone to make themselves available. again, this was after i had notified the property that i would be arriving later and they confirmed it was okay. There was an issue between charges between booking.com and the property and when trying to understand the buffer, i was told i could just find another accommodation… at 11pm. that already started me off wrong. upon getting into the room, the floor was dirty and the shower only has good water pressure if you want a cold shower. The wifi is also terrible. after laying down, i felt like a flint stone laying on rock. the bed is extremely hard. the entire stay, i was scared i would need to finally use my insurance as the floors are so slippery that i thought i was going to fall and bust my head or back. i was also given half of someone else’s ID copy so if you don’t care about your information being given to a random guest, book it! I blocked the information for protection of the poor guy but am posting the picture as proof. They say the rooms are sound proof so how did i wake up to the guest above me trying to grip the floor with their feet every morning and their phone receiving numerous calls, where i could clearly tell his phone was on VIBRATE! overall, this was my worst stay in thailand and i’ve stayed in places half the price of this one! at least the bed was cute and they have a cute dog and fish….

Lovely boy on reception always ready to help and greet you with a smile. Hotel has dogs/cats and parrots which are very well looked after. The elephant beds are very comfy. Cleaned everyday. Owner is a nice/funny lady who I really got on with. Booked another week while I was there as very comfortable. Lovely quiet area. Just some feedback. No soundproofing. Can hear the footsteps of people/squeaking of shoes as walking. I’m a very light sleeper so was a small issue for me. There was a day the water supply was cut off for most of the day leaving us without toilet and shower facilities but no refund offered. The manager worked hard to get it resolved quickly but still was a full day without being able to flush the toilet. The chef I found him very rude every time I saw him. Wouldn’t acknowledge me at all and when I needed to speak to him to find staff he was abrupt. I wasn’t advised of food options or breakfast while I was there but he happily discussed this with other guests and made an effort with them. Not sure what that’s about

I love the room cleaness and facilities in this hotel.

Friendly staff, a classy little gem. The elephant bed in our room was a lot of fun. Very clean room. The hostess was very thoughtful. We got back after the restaurant had closed our last night and she sent one of her girls out to pick up the food my wife was craving. We weren’t able to fit in a dinner at the restaurant but the omelette prepared by Jackie Show our final morning was excellent!
