From rooms to breakfast, from people to the place, everything was just perfect. A paradise. Nothing.

A beautiful and special hotel. Gorgeous rooms and building, and spotlessly clean. The staff were so kind and thoughtful and made my stay special. The grounds and swimming pool was fabulous too. There are lovely chairs outside each room, but this is where one couple a couple of rooms down from me spent a LOT of time smoking. Because the doors to each room are beautiful hand carved timber, I could smell smoke in my room sometimes. A smoking area away from others’ rooms would removed this problem.

It was the best decision that I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. All staff was really sweet and helpful. They are the best staff I've ever met on all my trip. They really did their best to make my stay great. The place is surrounded by trees and it was beautiful and quite. It was located slightly away from the tourist attractions, but there is no problem because easily to grab a taxi. Traditional Lanna style room was also beautiful and and cozy. Their cleaning service was also good and I never found any ants or lizards in the room. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I will choose this hotel again. If you value location from attractions, this place may not be the best option.

I absolutely adored this hotel. At the beginning, I was skeptical about it not being "in" old city but it didn't matter! Getting Grab taxis was super fast and easy and the hotel staff offered to help everytime we needed to go somewhere. The staff was incredible, probably the kindest I've ever encountered. The hotel was quiet and surrounded by nature, I felt like I was in paradise. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms very well decorated. As I said, this hotel is surrounded by plants and trees, with that come ants and some cute geckos. If you have a lizard phobia, don't stay here but if you don't mind them being outside your room (never inside), then definitely stay here!

The staff were exceptional. Shame that there was no bar available during the evening, but drinks were available during the day by the pool if you asked.

Wonderful rooms in stunning building. The whole resort is beautiful with large garden with swimming pool. We loved everything! The location is a bit far out of the historic centre of Chiang Mai

This was the most beautiful and relaxing hotel. The bed was amazing and comfortable and the whole room a dream. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived and were so friendly and kind. The breakfast at the hotel is worth the money and the pool area is beautiful. There is also a 7/11 within walking distance for snacks and extra supplies. Only thing I can say is that it is not walking distance to many cafes or restaurants and it sits outside the main square of chiang mai. In saying this we did walk to the Jazz Cafe that had delicious food and great live music and if you have activities each day like we did then staying outside the main square isn't an issue. Most activities will pick you up at the hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay! We stayed here for a couple of nights during our trip through Thailand. It’s a beautiful small resort with an amazing architecture. Wooden hand craved panels. Huge bath rooms. Great pool. Lovely breakfast. And most of all: an amazing friendly and helpful staff! And then you think: but all Thai people are friendly. But this is really something else. Go here!

Very comfortable bed, big bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower cabin, good working and low-noise aircon, Lanna style furnishing, nice staff. Nothing to add here, all was perfect.
