Check in & Check out customer service are only 1-2 people making the process very slow. The water from the bath up not clean

The location is great. The hotel room was clean and big. We were granted to have the river view so we appreciate that a lot. ☺️The room cleaning staff was very good at cleaning and they kindly hang our wet clothes by the window to dry. We were so touched. ? Moreover, a lot of coffee shops around the area if you are a coffee lover, it’s a good place for you. ? The keycards didn’t work sometimes.

View of the Ping River and the mountains, the hotel lobby bar, the room service, the eco- friendly awareness and the staff, who are is remarkably friendly and helpful. For example, they helped me extend my stay and get even a better deal than I already had. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing, with freshly made eggs! Including omelettes, a wide variety of excellent coffee (cappuccino, latte, Americano, etc. as much as one want), variety of fresh fruit, and a premade fruit salad alongside various types of yogurt, fresh cheese (three different kinds), various types of fresh bread, sautéed vegetables, and a wide variety of other Thai dishes that do not appeal to me for breakfast, but they’re there, if that’s your thing. For you meat eaters, there’s a lot of good stuff too, such as ham and fresh bacon…but I stuck to the items that I would appeal to a vegetarian — all of that for $10 (about ฿30baht)?and please note: they’re open from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, a very l generous time-span... and if you’re a little overtime, they will not chase you out, as I’ve seen hotels do in the US. By the way, regarding the $10 price, that’s about what spent at later Starbucks here in Chiang Mai ordering one a large latte and a blueberry muffin! The place was perfect; there’s nothing I didn’t like.

The breakfast was good. The location was good would’ve liked organic coffee instead of Starbucks. Like the sewer smell coming up through our bathroom and they did not clean our room very well. We had one really good cleaner and too average. Sauna the sound of doors were left open, and they should’ve been closed during the open hours to allow for usage in the sauna and the steamer Complete review

Nice location next to Ping riverside, room size is super huge than average. Staff is full of service mind, breakfast is highly recommended and choose the outdoor table to get river view. Bed is comfy. It would be great if hotel install handheld bidet(สายฉีดชำระ) in all hotel rooms. So far it is installed not in every room.

As far as hotel in CM goes, it’s modern and nice. Plus the location was good and view from room was very nice. the weight room is ok, but it could be updated. I was in the same place last year and the same equipment exists. It should be updated. Also, the steam sauna makes a loud noise that comes out of the compressor again this is the same noise to happen last year.
