There is no hand cleanser for first day. We received it on Second day. Then no shower cap, no thoth brush and tooth paste also. I did contacted to hotel via booking.com if they provide all these stuff and they said they provide. Then upon arrival and on second date, I did ask receptionist to give us those stuff but she didn't give us. The receptionist are not helpful and friendly. This hotel is not budget hotel and I had high expectations. But the way they treated to guest makes me giving poor rate. Cleanses and quiet environment

The room was spacious, with a separate lounge area on the ground floor and a swimming pool, so spending an entire day inside the accommodation didn’t feel boring or suffocating at all—it was fantastic. I also loved that I could watch YouTube or Netflix on the TV. Of course, the kindness of the staff goes without saying. It was a bit challenging to get a Grab, possibly because the accommodation was a bit far from the main tourist spots. Having stayed in the Old Town area for two weeks before coming here, the difference was even more noticeable. That said, it wasn’t impossible to get a Grab, but 8 out of 10 times, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a taxi to arrive.

Very calm and tranquil place, pool wasn't too busy, room was very clean and aesthetic. Furniture in room was uncomfortable, pool was very chilly, not many nearby food options besides street food

The location: 20 minute walking distance to the kalare night market; great food options and entertainment there Rooms were spacious (living and bedroom section) Good interior decor and architecture Pillows were uncomfortable Their daily cleaning wasn’t too thorough Breakfast was very simple for a 4 star. We only had it one day even though it was part of the package They have a pool but limited beds. We never got a chance to lay by it.

Big room, clean, very comfortable, suitable for families. Near the market, near the airport, but parking is limited.

It is a very comfortable hotel. Nice facilities for a good price. The location was pretty bad for walking places. Good if you have a moped or Grab everywhere.

Decorations were quite nice throughout the hotel and there were plenty of places to sit. Breakfast could have been much better.

I want to the hotel add the curtains in front of the restroom’s door because it is not personal when someone use the restroom.

Cleanliness, comfort stay with friendly staff. The ambient of Thai-Lanna decoaration.

The bed is hard, but that is a personal preference.

the parking lot is behind the hotel , narrow way to it, must carefully drive. It would be better to have soap dispensor at the basin.

Spacious and well equipped rooms (hairdryer, kettle, fridge, tv) nice interior design, very friendly and helpfull staff, common areas available for guests even after check out, good wifi. All doors, even the front one are glazed - it looks nice but doesn't provide privacy. Hotel restaurant and cafe were closed :(
