I love this hotel. So, I am going to be sincere and straight forward, expecting changes. I am a public figure. My opinion does count. 1. The entire staff struggles to understand English, thus creating new issues by providing the wrong solutions. For lack of understanding the language. They only speak it lightly, on the surface. It cost me some extra money for that reason. But they are amazingly pleasant and customer oriented. Pay them for English classes. 2. Bar staff has no idea of cocktail prep. And lacks materials to work with. Same with the foods. 3. Please hire a chef for breakfast and kitchen matters and supply bar & restaurant with what you advertise you sell. To match the level of the hotel. 4. Masseuse is too old and lacks strength and skills to perform decent basic massage. That was not a massage! I was shocked! But she was very nice and smiled a lot. I loved the facilities and the architecture, as well as location. But the building needs structural maintenance, such as paint, etc. 5. Found hairs on my room phone. Black dirt all over the floor in the room. Rooms are definitely not properly clean OR disinfected! I would like to see all of these issues resolved before I return next year. A problem solver is Tima (spelling probably wrong), but she shoukd be the general Mgr as she finds solutions for most things. See previous answer

Everything fine, breakfast can be improved. Offering some fresh pastry or bread would help greatly. Not enough understanding of basic English - twice I ordered two omlets and got one. One day orange juice ran out and it was not offered the next day.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, they took care of everything we needed and the hotel was very beautiful and clean.

We had the white elephant suite, it was massive and luxurious with a jacuzzi bath and we had a private terrace with sunbeds. It was so peaceful and relaxing, great views of the river,lovely food for lunch and dinner. A great place to come as a couple for a quiet restful break. Just be aware it’s not in the centre of town, not a problem for us as it was a £3 tuk tuk into town in 5 mins, but it does take over 30 mins to walk.

The food, restaurant and complimentary afternoon tea are absolutely one of top quality places. Quality of ingredients, taste and plate display are impeachable, perfect! All staffs are very professional also they look so happy with their job. Always helpful and polite and very kind. They willingly help even sometimes it is a bit off their way, so impressed by that!! We have a chance to meet the owner, he is so polite, so humble and so kind. No doubt this place is in the top range of best hospitality business. What a real gem. None

They took really great care of when we arrived and left. Breakfast was good and simple. The room was clean. We reserved the white elephant suite for a night. On the picture you see the bathtub with a view and it looks to be on third floor (top floor) with a great view on the river. Sadly there is 3 white elephant suite and the one we got was on the second floor (so not what the pictures displayed) of course the view was a little hidden by trees and the bathtub didn’t have a view. Also this one looked smaller than the other ones.
