comfortable room and beds. internet is NON-EXISTANT. Could not get more than 30 seconds before it collapsed. Had to use my own data plan. Also, very slow charging of cell phones. Bathroom is uncomfortable and no way to turn on lights without a fan. Far from points of interests.

It's in a convenient location for further travel. It's easy to find food around the hotel. High-floor rooms can be reached by elevator, but you still have to use about half a flight of stairs to get to your desired floor. The reception staff are friendly and always ready to help when you need help. The water flow, pressure and the flushing system are good, but the water heater cannot be turned off. It seems like the button is stuck, so I have to keep it turned on. The room was not very clean. There was a musty smell in the room. The towels were musty and did not look as clean as they should have been. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke in many areas, giving me a headache. The glass windows did not lock, making me feel unsafe while staying there. The lights in the parking lot should be brighter because it was quite deserted and guests often stood and smoked in the area. The room is not soundproof and the walls are thin, so some noise from outside can be heard. The room did not seem to have a daily cleaning service, but I did not want to pay much attention because the quality was so-so for this price. However, compared to other hotels with the same star rating and price, there was cleaning, refilling water, refilling toilet paper, changing towels, and checking the room was tidy. But since it is going to be a place to stay for the long-term or short-term, you should pay more attention to the cleanliness of both the rooms and the hotel itself. If it weren't for urgent matters and not being able to find a room elsewhere, I probably wouldn't have thought of coming back to use the service again.

It’s was a last minute booking because of lateen festival. The location was a few miles to the night bazaar market. It felt like a dorm room, beds was okay and clean but one of our room, the tv didn’t work and one of the windows didn’t lock. There was a strong sewage order from the bathroom. $25 USD per night. Room 103 TV and refrigerator didn’t work. Room 113, window didn’t lock.

Nothing particularly Noisy corridor late into the night. Cigarette smoke often smelt in room. The floor drain was blocked and after asking twice it was never fixed before we checked out, meaning a flooded floor for the whole stay making it very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

The staff were pleasant It's not a great location. And the room had ants everywhere. Also, there are no sockets near the bed. Better places for a better price in the city.

The rooms weren’t clean, dirty bathrooms and the sink was blocked. Windows don’t close so then really noisy. Really disappointed.

The rooms are simply furnished, but the air conditioning works very well. The hotel is located away from the city center, but it is easy to reach other parts of the city (Grab costs about 80 Baht for an 8-seater car).
