10-15mins away from airport, near and cheap fare for taxis/grab etc, location very nice, nearby mosque and Muslim community with many local halal restaurants available. Halal inhouse restaurant available and price is affordable and tasted great. Room and bathroom was huge, clean and comfortable bed with balcony overlooking city. Staffs are all friendly and they even allow me check in at 10am because I arrived early prior early flight arrival without no fees(I believe there are room available). I think the surrounding are very safe and with good pathway so easy to go around by walking too. Breakfast are halal with limited menu but enough to fill up your tummy. Very recommended and would love to return again.

The staff was nice and the location was convenient for getting to the airport. Rooms were not very clean... the place does not measure up to the photos on the booking page. The breakfast buffet wasn't great.

This was a pleasant stay. The staff could be a bit more welcoming and proactive. Also the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

First of all, this place SMELLS SO BAD. We went and bought incense to burn to try and help. Everywhere we went it just smelled sour and gross. You can't keep your air on while you are out, so when you come back it's hot and smells worse than ever. The mattress might be the worst thing I have ever slept on, like a rock. They advertise a rooftop, and it is pretty enough, but it's completely empty. There are no chairs, benches or anything, so you cannot enjoy it. Maybe it is supposed to be used for to prayer, since they definitely cater to Muslim guests. The environment was not very welcoming. It looks much nicer in the photos than it is. Skip it.

Beautiful decorative touches. Lovely roof top area. Comfortable and clean (besides a few dead bugs). Great breakfast! The staff was polite. Inaccurate listing: Although our stay was suitable…. Something to note is that we booked a room with 2 beds through booking.com and upon arrival, we were told there are no rooms with 2 beds. Although the staff was polite, they were not especially accommodating because we booked through booking.com. They were not willing to cancel our booking due to the inaccurate listing on booking.com. We left early even though we could not get a refund. Booking.com would not take responsibility or help resolve the issue either. Better to book directly through the hotel sometimes.

Staff was very friendly and even allowed me an early check-in at no extra cost. The area wasn’t very exciting for visitors to a Chiang Mai as it’s so far from the old town. Also there’s a bit of a tiny ant problem but maybe this has to do with the Halal culture of not killing them??
