Great location, comfortable individual beds. Nice staff, amazing breakfast! The air conditioning didn’t really reach my bed (closest to the door, furthest from the air conditioner, so it was quite warm at night. Bathroom drains kind of clogged up but you can spray them directly with the shower stream and activate the drain.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, within walking distance to main attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

I did have to stay one night at a female dorm till the private room was available. Female dorm def has a smell, not aggressively replusive but if you are sensitive to smell, you would notice. The dorm bathroom was also not the cleanest, which makes sense for communal space. Private room and its bathroom were clean but the drainage does have a smell, which seems like a pretty common thing tho. So just make sure you leave the bathroom window open for air circulation.

Breakfast was nice mostly Western style like bread, eggs, salad and fruits. I think because most of the ppl stayed are westerners. Beds are clean. They might have better lockers with key card access to store the belongings safe.

the location, vibe of hostel, and 2 dogs Maybe it is not very comfortable for families and couples to stay because of the noise.

Clean, friendly and well located Can’t close the bathroom window, a lot of mosquitos

The welcoming staff, the modern hostel vibes and great facilities. Not to say the breakfast, which is included and super yummy and healthy. The deposit required. B1000 is way too much!

It is a social but calm hostel, definitely not a party hostel but nice to meet people. The staff are like one big family and are loving and will help you find good day tours. I also like that you can pay for late check out (it was 100 THB per hour). I wish there were more activities on a regular basis.

This is the third hostel I stayed at during my Chiang Mai trip, and it turned out to be my favorite! At first, I only booked one night because photos and reviews don’t always match the real experience — but after the first night, I extended my stay immediately. The rooms are very well-designed for privacy. Each bed is like a mini private room with curtains — much more comfortable than typical bunk beds. The mattress is good quality and I slept so well every night. The bathrooms are a big bonus here — spacious, super clean, lots of showers and toilets, and no need to queue. It really feels like staying in a private room. The staff made this stay feel like a home in Chiang Mai. I want to especially mention: Leena (host) — so warm and caring, like a mother figure Tar (receptionist) — the sweetest guy! He helped with my luggage, always checked on me, and even helped me play with the dogs. And yes — the two doggies are the stars of this hostel! I used to be afraid of dogs, but these two are so gentle that I ended up falling in love with them. Every morning, I looked forward to seeing them! Affordable price, perfect location, friendly people, free breakfast, cozy environment, and lovely dogs — what more could I ask for? Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I hope can improve is the breakfast time — it currently starts at 8:00 AM, which can be a bit late for travelers who have early tours or flights. Starting around 7:00 AM would be perfect.

Professionally run place with good vibes and a good mix of guests. Dorm rooms are a cut above in terms of comfort (no bunk beds, bigger beds with a full privacy curtain, and only 4 beds per dorm. Bathrooms are clean and ample. Breakfast is good. Service is friendly and helpful. Location is great, too - quick walk to food, old city, markets, etc. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that breakfast isn't served until 8am. Which is pretty late in a hot place. 8am breakfast means you're not able to reach sites until like 9ish, which is when things get hot and crowded... Minor complaint, but makes a difference to how you can plan your morning.

Great beds. Great breakfast. Great staff. Great common area. Met great people here. Water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great

It’s really clean and comfortable. The staff are very kind and accommodating. It is also accessible to must go to areas. Just the AC inside the room that has to be turned for a certain time.

The double beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. I wish there was more space to put luggage, the lockers are quite small.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

The staff were sooo friendly. There were always many people working and they were able to answer any questions or give suggestions about places to go. The beds were soo comfy too. It felt like I was in a private room because of the spacious queen bed and curtain separator. I ended up extending from 3 nights to 7 nights because it was so cozy. Also perfect location to old town. Also a 10/10 breakfast everyday! Was a bit of an older crowd and very chill. Can’t recommend enough for a solo traveler who wants comfort.
