Norn-Nanta House

I had a great experience staying here. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I wish I would have stayed longer honestly. The location is close enough to the old city but far enough to get be nice and quiet. The complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks are a huge plus. The size of my rooms (I extended and had to move rooms) was excellent. You honestly can’t beat the value of this place for what you get. I will be back soon. Thanks again for everything

the property was very nice and had nice atmosphere. they offer bicycles for free that made our stay so much convenient there were no hot water in the shower

The location is convenient. It is just an easy walk to the old city. And the free bike is super helpful for me to explore the city. The owner of the hostel is very nice, she offered an option to change the room because of the bug. The rooms are not so clean, there are some bugs in the room.

The friendly staff and location were the best parts of this place. So close to the Saturday night market and walkable to everything we wanted to do. N/A

Great location, well-appointed hostel with everything you might want. They had toast, snacks and fruit which were nice for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful! We booked a family room that was supposed to have 2 king beds, it turns out, they don’t have that kind of room. We ended up in a 4 bed dorm room with 2 detached bathrooms. The room and bathrooms were great, we just wish that the booking had been more clear.

I liked everything

They gave us free snack during Songkran celebration. They have coffee shop in the 1st floor where you can order drinks too like wine, beer and soda. They were so nice and the place is so homey. Good wifi too. Very much recommended to friends and family if we come back in Chiang Mai. The place is also near to the airport. The bathroom floor in the shower area was kind of clogged but the owner fixed it right away. Maybe hope they can replace the slippers since it was kind of smelly while it's wet.

Superb

I loved having a room on the fifth floor even if it was all steps to get there. The person helping me with luggage wasn’t too excited to help (yes, I tipped). Hardly any interaction with the staff - not unpleasant just not available. Another place where the electricity goes off when you aren’t in room - my fridge didn’t stay cold enough to keep my leftovers from the night before so that was frustrating.

The location is nice and you can get free bikes there. We booked the rooftop room for our honeymoon with high expectations. The room was more like a shed and we had to share the common space on the terrace which was not written in the description. The room was not very clean and also very basic. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom too.

Lovely room and staff, no breakfast but the lovely owner supplied breakfast biscuits and fruit free if charge. Also free coffee all day. Highly recommended ? All good ?

Staff were helpful. Free breakfast and coffee when needed. Not really clean.

Coffee and teas offered all day. Some toast and other breakfast items in the morning are available. Bottled water provided in sufficient amount. The shower tap might need mending as it was constantly dripping. Didn’t bother me.
