Budget and comfortable. Would recommend! Great for a shorter stay right outside the city centre. They also provide water for you fill up your water bottle which was super handy for me. The hot water was inconsistent, but I can imagine it’s the same for many places. Since it’s so hot out, that didn’t bother me.

The room was great and very spacious. It was also very clean and the boutique was very secured. I like how big the restroom is and having a veranda for drying our clothes.Beds are little hard for us. Though it was comfortable, going up the stairs until the 4th floor (top floor) was tiring for us. It's also a mid to long walk to the old town but we knew that from the start. So we would recommend to Grab when going to the other sides of the town. Otherwise, it was great staying here

Very spacious and clean room, good location if you want to visit old city -

Huge room with a beautiful balcony (401 is a great room with a great view! 2 bottles of water every day, even if your room was not cleaned they replenished the water and the toilet paper. I had a late flight and there was an option to pay 350 baht to check out at 5pm, allowing me to get a shower. The staff was nice but we did not communicate much. It's a bit of a walk to most places, but it's easy to get to.

The room was spacious, clean and comfy. I like the bed. I like everything, its just that there's no elevator, my room was at level 3.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Free bicycle, great for travel. Room is very large. Price is very cheap, especially renting for one month. Though you need to contact the owner before arrival as not always have staff in front desk. Nothing for this price.

This was my third stay. I always stay here now because I really like everything about it. It is close to the old city but in a nice quiet area. Just down the street from the Saturday night market. The staff is great and they took wonderful care of my room and the whole facility. It is a short walk to the city market and has a great cafe nearby. It is my go to hotel and as my trips are usually 3 weeks very affordable and feels like home. I don't think about staying any where else. Maybe more water pleasure in the showers, but that is a personal thing and they had plenty of nice warm water. The room had a tankless water heater which I loved. I don't really have any dislikes.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice and spacious the room was. The young lady on reception was very polite and seemed to do everything from reception to cleaning. Only fault was very hard. Would recommend. Nothing to dislike.
