Our favorite thing was the owners, Nan and Pe. They are so kind and ready to help in any way possible. Their hotel is a lovely oasis in an excellent location! We highly recommend!

Nan and Pe were wonderful hosts at this lovely small, European-feel hotel. My husband got sick before we arrived, and they took such good care of him. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable and had lots of nice touches. Nan is Cordon Bleu trained and the pastries were delicious. There is also a beautiful little heated pool. We highly recommend this hotel after staying in many different guesthouses in Chiang Mai over the years. It exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel a short walk to night market. Our room was quiet and had many charming features. Upon checkout I learned that breakfast was not included and that I owed 900 baht that I was not expecting. I encouraged the owner to be more transparent about the situation.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice decoration by the owner. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Room is a good size and enjoyed having a bathtub. The sheets, bath accessories all seems to be very high quality. There isn't much comfortable lounge space if you're into hanging out somewhere other than your room.

It's a very pleasure stay for me and my family during our first visit to Chiang Mai. The host and hostess have been very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is not inside the old city but very close to the Chiang Mai gate and the night market we visited couple of times. Overall, I was very glad and lucky to choose this hotel. Thanks Nan and her husban for the great hosting, see ya.

The hotel is family owned and you get a personalized service. Since it is a few minutes walk outside the old city walls it is quiet at night. The rooms are clean and elegant and for those that like cakes the owner is a Cordon Blue patissier.

Amazing Customer service, very clean and within walking distance or short taxi ride to so many night markets, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here.
